  1. Her take-on on this video was absolutely magnificent. The contrast between the B&W and the underwater scenes is done with some top notch editing, which makes for a good viewing and had me mesmerized for a good part, it's one enthralling piece of art, this. She's seemed assiduous & very ambitious with this project, and the final product is honestly incredible.
  2. Come back to me after you listen to Serial Killer, Hollywood's Dead, Driving in Cars with Boys, Prom Song, Never Let Me Go, Tired of Singing the Blues and Because of You. Chances are you'll like one or more of them, they're honestly too good not to be liked by any Lana fan.
  3. Guess it's not that much of an unpopular opinion, but I consider Chuck Grant as being a mediocre photographer. Compare her to the likes of, um, well, Francesco and you get some notable differences. I'd of loved to see Francesco do the HM photoshoot.
  4. Oh well, that did in fact happen last time as well. It's cringe, unnecessary and rather silly to do that right in front of your idol. Worst thing is that these people are generally the ones who brag like there's no tomorrow and are a massive nuisance to the whole community.
  5. Did a certain thing happen to make you say that? Like, with the crying and so on? Would like a link.
  6. Swan Song is simply thrilling. It's amazing, it's enthralling, it's everything I'd look for in a song. I feel incredibly mesmerized whenever I finish listening to it. One of the better songs of the album, surely.
  7. She didn't know it wasn't released yet & that we only had the snippet and thought we already had the full song.
  8. If anyone from here is going to this actual M&G, please, record a video of her sending a kiss to me or something. I would be forever in your debt, I swear.
  9. I'd kill for another song like Off To The Races. That song gave me life.
  10. Oh my dear lord and saviour Jesus Christ, she is amazing. She has improved so much at singing live and that takes some doing. Thing that pisses me off is that some dumbasses will still remember her SNL performance, completely ignoring performances like this one.
  11. If Burning Desire doesn't feature in your lists, then I don't know what does it for you. That song was literally made just for being on a sex playlist.
  12. Best: West Coast Off to the Races Shades of Cool Sad Girl The Blackest Day Worst: Guns and Roses Lucky Ones Yayo American Bel Air
  13. Definitely not going to be like Born to Die, not by any stretch of the imagination. She's aged, she's more mature and she proved it with this, and Ultraviolence.
  14. Ultraviolence. Too good of an album, really. It's special.

Ultraviolence Ultraviolence vs Terrence Loves You
  16. Swan Song, Terrence Loves You, God Knows I Tried and Freak are among my favourites. I won't rank them, it's silly. They're all good in their own ways. Great album.
  17. She genuinely looks like a great person from what I've seen on Twitter, with the ones meeting her. I'm glad she cares about her fans, she could have just stayed in the US instead of going all the way to the UK for this thingy, that takes some doing. I've also heard her fans were patient enough & everyone had a great time, wish I could meet her one day.
  18. I haven't discussed to my parents about Lana, and I can just about bet that they will be in shock after what I will tell them about me loving her that much etc. She enlightens my day whenever I see her in a photo/listen to one of her songs, it's just the way it is - I stopped listening to rap because of her, no clue why, but it doesn't get to me anymore. She's a delight and I'm glad I'm living in the right time to witness her true beauty, I will for sure tell my children about it, even though it might seem cringeworthy, it's just the way I feel.
  19. 79 score on Metacritic. Very, very good indeed, pleased with the ratings even though they seem rather irrelevant to me. http://www.metacritic.com/music/honeymoon/lana-del-rey
  20. Religion is, by my book, the only bad song from the album. I just don't feel it, seems rather plain and I don't get the emotions I get whilst listening to, say, GKIT.
  21. Swan Song is godly. It's my favourite song, I think. The whole album is more Ultraviolence-esque and less Born To Die-esque, but it's a mix between the two.

  23. Amazing video, and what a song that was. One of my favourites from Ultraviolence. Heck, I don't even know my favourite from that album, it's all so well tied up together and it's simply a part of me.
  24. Well said, my friend. Freak is, also, so catchy. I love it. My favourites would be along the lines of Swan Song, Freak, Salvatore, MTWBT, Terrence Loves You and God Knows I Tried. I also don't find myself liking Religion anytime soon, seems rather repetitive to me.
