I’m sure she cares about her work, but she’s lost the will to really promote it. I know the media and social media can be brutal and I can understand her taking a break, but I’d not stop promoting my art because of a few negative articles. She definitely needs to find a way to deal with criticism and the media, because she really doesn’t cope with it at all, blocking it all out only helps so much whatever happens you still hear stuff one way or another. I hope she can find a way to deal with it all better.

Why doesn’t it make sense?…I just don’t think she cares about commercial success or charts or when it comes out. No artist who gives a shit would deactivate before an album dropped. So why should she care about a leak at this point?

Has it leaked yet ? I don’t want to wait 4 weeks. I’m sure Lana doesn’t care since she is doing nothing to promote this album

I’m actually surprised how she’ had half as less commercial success with this album, like it’s hung around the top 20 in some countries. But it really hasn’t been the hit I was expecting. Is she another artist that got too big too fast?

I’m not here for Lana slaughtering Thunder like she did BAR…she’d have to be out of her mind which she often is…so I’m terrified.

Chemtrails was a little underwhelming but she always has stand out songs on each album even if some of the other songs are weaker. I think so many who listen to music, maybe most are casual listeners and with Lana it helps to really listen and take your time. Not every Lana songs I fall in love with straight away. My friend just basically said the songs from blue banisters sound a bit uninspired and like she’s just running through the paces…If that makes sense?…I’m a little bored of ballads but I’d not call the songs uninspired.

One of friend just said she stopped listening to Lana after Lust for Life as she got Lazy and just rehashes the same themes. I played Textbook and she loved it but wasn’t impressed with the other songs, she called them Boring and uninspiring ……she called Arcadia Uninspiring I wanted to slap her.

Has anyone said they don’t want to pay for 3 leaked songs? Lol. i’ve not personally heard that. For me I just don’t feel like they fit in with the album, they just felt like she’s added them as a filler. But we will see when we hear the album in full. If the other tracks are good it won’t matter. also I’m very sorry to say this but I’m not a big fan of Nectar of the Gods because it’s really repetitive and the lyrics sound like a parody of a Lana Del Rey song it’s that generic. ‘I get wild on you baby I get wild and fucking crazy, like the color blue’ makes me cringe a little.

Wait till you hear the other songs if you think Thunder is boring It’s another ballad probably….ugh

It feels like a bonus spare of the moment album. Left overs from cocc so she split them into two records.

Well they were and have been heard soo… ?‍♂️ she pasted them on to the album to fill it up simple as that. Everyone can make up and fantasise reasons why they all have some amazing connection but ultimately Lana just thought the songs would fit on the album so she added them as bulk. Im known for my unpopular opinions on here so I’m used to the backlash lol

I’m not really feeling the demos/leaked songs being on the album yet. The songs feel thrown on, the songs have been homeless for years and it feels weird they will have a home. These demo songs ‘tell her story’ ? I’m not really buying that, I think she just needed songs to fill up the album so just pulled them out the draw.

I think it has Iconic moments especially the title track. But it is lacking depth and diversity beyond the three main tracks.

Never understood the Lust For Life Hate it’s an amazing album. I’d take that over piano ballads any day.
