I think I was pissed by the time she teased the California clip on Instagram since I remember I was not impressed (with her teasing the 100th clip or whatever) and I had unfollowed her channel by then. Jokes on meeee - the song is absolutely amazing. I can't stop singing the first chorus! Amaaazing.

Hm what struck me as different was how happy she looked in the video, and how, fourth wall it, she seems like she was really having fun, at least making it too. Like not to b weird or anything, but that makes me glad; it's like a nice contrast to how sad the song can be.

before this post i forgot the MAC and VB videos existed    i only watched them once and i dont think i even watched VB in full, that cringy vintage cars driving loop for 5 minutes... what a waste of time

Yeah I’m pretty sure those weren’t real videos. Like how lust for life had a video accompanying the audio release of Lana and Abel chillin but that wasn’t the actual video

i cannot stop watching the little snippet/trailer - i think this album is going to end up being my favourite/one of my favourites, and the songs i didn't like are gonna grow on me when i listen to them in better quality!
