I’m pretty sure the lead is just a couple weeks away. Ben posting it’s near completion - when he didn’t even need to - was a good sign.

i hope we at least will get the lead.

I just crave that feeling of entering the official album release countdown/meltdown cycle.

Indeed! We honestly can’t complain with Lana: unlike Madonna (who took acting and writing children books), all of Lana’s endeavours are related to music (the most « far-fetched » from music is her poetry.. which lead to audiobook that complement very well her discography). We are lucky to have her.

Yeah, I get that. The W photoshoot and interview made us think the era was about to begin. It hasn’t been that long, but it’s nice to have some indications of what to expect.
September and October have releases I’m excited about, so I’m not that much in a hurry for the new Lana album, plus September is always a good month to revisit NFR. But i can’t deny I’m curious to hear what the lead will sound like.

but Madonna was going on long ass tours ? I'd rather have longer gaps between her albums if she'd tour for every album (and please not always a recycled Born To Die Setlist) and longer era's with more (professional) music video's.  + Madonna also released a few soundtrack album's and was acting.

i know that, im just pointing out musically - for albums "era" thing, Lana never leaves us starving.

 

While Madonna has too many things to work on since she is the pop culture, she literally does everyyhing you can think of, the waiting between her album cycles are much longer.

I’m sorry but no way this is counting as her 10th album. Lana could Tattoo it across her forehead and I’m still calling it the 9th. Violets isn’t a musical album it’s a spoken poetry.  Not even Lana can decide this it’s just facts.

i think the album its still in the works..... It feels that she do some tracks, finishes it, then a month later she do a little more and this cycle keep going...

At this point if the album isn't done there's no way it's out this year (unless the vinyl came later which I doubt will happen). She finished Chemtrails around this time in 2020 and we got it in March... so I guess a spring release would make sense if it's really almost done.

 

I wonder if she has something planned already or if they are still figuring out the rollout 

Either way I choose to believe we are getting our first taste of the album this month

She will surprise drop the album in Oct guys don't worry she's just working on LDR11 in the studio & Ben meant that Lana just has to do a few picsart covers before LDR9 is ready to go!

She never officially released that it was shelved. Was never sold.
