Elle 121,168 Posted September 5, 2023 This is suchhh an unexpected crossover that I just stumbled upon while looking at Elle King’s Instagram, and I had to do a double-take when I saw Lana sitting on that cart lol. It appears though that Lana and Elle have some mutual friends in Nashville, which is probably how Lana ended up attending since she’s been in the area.
