Kinda why I think Honeymoon and Ocean Blvd are her closest attempts at a "concept record" cus everything just makes sense together... Unlike lust for life for example

But LFL is actually her closest "concept album" thing for me. All the themes of love, lust, light and life can be split into halves or even quarters. And it made sense too, at least for me...

for me it's the final chorus in DBJAG, when the beat kicks in... it's everything to me. i also rly appreciate the key change between the verse and the chorus too. Dark is one of my fav Lana songs ever, tbh.

at the end of Ultraviolence (song) you can hear lines from ‘Fucked my way up to the top’ in the background. Always loved that and I try and sing both parts at the same time always😭
