Did anyone watch that?

 

I've watched most of it so far im about 2 hours 20 minutes in and he seems fine to me although he's not really said anything interesting, just been talking the whole time about random stuff and political things but nothing that funny or interesting. It's not an interview or anything just two guys talking really.

 

Only interesting thing he said really was when he debated Biden he thinks they did that so they could get rid of Biden early as they knew he wasn't fit for it and would look bad, he said they asked him to have the debate sitting down with no crowd and mics cut off and he didn't want to but ended up agreeing but only if they could stand up, he said right up till the end they were trying to force it to have them sit at desks. Crazy how a guy running a country cannot even stand up for a debate as he's too old

 

It's not really worth watching for entertainment or any actual poltical stuff being spoken about but I wondered how he would look being like 80 and talking for 3 hours but he's barely shut up and still seems sharp mentally.

The biggest take away from this for me is that he considers Americans who go against him more evil than literal dictators, which he also took the time to compliment AGAIN.
 

How anyone can hear him compliment Xi because he “commands a billion people with an iron fist” and not be even a little afraid is beyond me. 
 

Maga loves Trump because he tells it how it is, but the second he “tells it how it is”, no he didn’t. And if he did, it was taken out of context, and if it wasn’t taken out of context it was a joke. 
 

im sorry but 3 hours of him weaving random thoughts together isn’t being mentally sharp. Him ending a town hall and dancing and swaying around isn’t mentally sharp.

I would class that as not being that smart though, he's probably always thought whatever stuff.

Was meaning to talk for 3 hours straight without looking tired or forget what he's talking about or look like he lost energy or interest, for 80 he looked the same at the end as he did at the start. I thought he'd have slowed down a lot from when you used to see him all the time 5 years ago or whenever.

ah ok, I think there’s a mistranslation/misunderstanding. I think @NikoGo and I would understand “mentally sharp” as a measure of intelligence, not a measure of energy to spew nonsense for 3 hours lol 😅

Spewing nonsense is what you really want to see though, lets you find out a bit more about people, what they are interested in and know about and what they like. Gives you a chance to see a bit of their personality and their behaviour or what they really think about some stuff.

I didn't come away from it thinking what a clown or that he came across fake or anything, usually I hate politicians as I don''t trust them in the slightest and they look like actors to me.

Kamala should go on it also.

Trump might’ve “looked good” because he’s literally been in hiding with only small appearances the last few weeks. You can say the same thing about Biden too, he’s had a few “sharp” moments in the last couple of days but it doesn’t negate the fact that both of them are 80 years old and should be nowhere near the top office of the United States. My grandmother is also 80 years old and while she can talk for hours, it doesn’t mean it all makes sense.

Im not interested in him as a politician to be honest, when he was in charge before for me nothing happened any different to anyone else before or since. I don't buy into the fear and hype of politics, we need to defeat the bad guy, they're going to destroy everything. I don't think anything different actually happens.

I was only thinking about what is he actually like as a person when watching it.

Thats the thing though I don't think who is president or wether it's either side for America actually changes anything.

Was it Bush that invaded Iraq and Afghanistan but Obama didn't go in or Democrats and say "what a shambles those clowns were" and then pull out, they just continued on. It's not them really deciding what to do, they just get dragged into whatever was going to happen anyway whoever won. Like Obama I think even played a big part in killing Gaddafi did he not which is something anyone could have done from either side or any  president - you would think Democrats wouldn't be into that but they're just the same - they would have invaded Iraq and Afghanistan as well.

You should vote for who you think is right for you and if you don't think any of them are then nobody.  I personally could never vote for anyone ever, I just don't trust them and I don't like them so I don't take part in it and then it's nothing to do with me.

Well you have Kamala who is far from perfect but has been very vocal about a ceasefire and wanting a two state solution and didn’t participate when Israel’s leader visited. 
 

or you have trump who is actively working against a ceasefire and wants to completely and totally level Palestine*

Cause they can all say whatever but it's the actions that matter, and the actions never materialise.

Kamala is literally the vice president the now a year into them flattening Palestine while doing nothing about it.
