I’ve seen that account and I wouldn’t say most of their predictions end up being accurate, could be bait to gain subscribers. 
 

The only change might be 2-3 songs from TRPWS.

It's a stupid question but if she's rehearsing for the tour already, does she do that in the US or the UK (since there's a confirmed tour over there)?

I think if she is rehearsing she could do it in the US, Stagecoach is before the tour. 
 

i’m not familiar with the logistics of her previous tours, I guess if she is indeed rehearsing it will be a completely new show.

i don’t think she will be rehearsing for the uk tour yet. at most she will be designing the logistics of the tour/stage/setlist and rehearsals wont kick in until mid-april/may

 

if she is coupling in rehearsals for stagecoach then rehearsals will probably start late march-early april

You can believe what you want but most of their posts are pretty accurate and right. 
I do believe she will add some old and new songs to the set list and it will be an entirely new setlist

i think the gripe most people have is these pop 'insider' accounts make vague statements that are usually correct anyway for their own monetary gain. all i’m saying is boz and eclitz do not charge people to see their 'predictions' idk

even beyonce (on average) rehearses 4-5 months in advance and her shows are insanely complicated choreography wise

 

lana does not have any intense choreography, is comfortable performing her songs with her band, and knows what she is doing

 

she will give 2 months, at most

I feel like she could be starting rehearsals for stagecoach since it’s 3 months away. I’m guessing she’ll use a similar set for stagecoach like she did with Coachella last year for the rest of this year. Maybe she’ll make some adjustments after stagecoach to add some songs from her new album since it will *hopefully* be out before the UK tour.
