I was reading my chart again just now and decided to put Lana's vitals in to see what her ascending sign is (Virgo!) as I find rising signs to speak more about a person than their sun sign does... and I was surprised how eerily accurate it was for her, especially in regards to her recent behaviour in interviews. we don't know what exact time she was born; whenever I create natal charts and I don't know what time they were born, I use 12 pm because it's just a neutral time that won't skew the results too much

Like @ said, 12 pm is the standard fill in the blank time for natal charts. It'd be weird if we knew her birth time anyway lol tbh I'm not even 100% sure about mine. 

 

I believe it would only change around the smaller stuff like the planets in signs, but the rising, sun, moon, and larger planets would all be accurate for that location on that date

Sorry, I don't know how to quote -

 

I'm not sure what site or software you used, but usually there's a "Time Unknown" button to click that just leaves out the rising sign (ascendant) and the houses and gives you just a general reading of the planets, as most of them, apart from the Moon (and the Sun in cases like Lana's birthday where the Sun moves out of Gemini into Cancer), don't really move too much throughout the course of a day. They say that a chart is 1/3 Signs, 1/3 Aspects and 1/3 Houses and since the time only completely changes the Houses, I'd say you can still get a good read of someone's chart without them, although you can't tell what Signs/Aspects affects which section of their lives.

 

You'll see though, if you go back to what you used to get Lana's chart info and move the time of birth to 3pm her rising sign should have moved into Libra or even Scorpio by then.
