Jenny is very interesting, and there's potential for sure, but tbh, BRAT really is perfect the way it is, and she really took the demos to their fullest potential. The Black Roses demo is also amazing, and she really turned her into another vibe, extracting some elements for the final version. It's crazy the amount of passion, intelligence, and work she put in all her projects.

Most of what you said is true - but some things, like this, are not. Majority of the infamous Exchange tracks were already scrapped from the album at the time of their live debut (Taken from a December 2016 interview)

 

BTW, Charli interestingly describes the album as "80% done" here... she also points out No Angel might be included. Later on, she confirmed in early 2017 that it would be. Taxi is a great song, but this is why it bothers me to see it tacked onto the most popular fake tracklists... BloomForYou's fake one seems pretty accurate for the most part, but Taxi is just inserted into it for no real reason (Maybe to throw people off?). Makes no sense. Anyway, not to ramble,

 

but Charli was hyping up this show by saying the songs would never be heard again, that her and SOPHIE were "leaking the demos", etc. So I think it makes sense why she performed album outtakes like Daddy Knows, Hey Boy Hey Girl, Roll With Me (later released on N1A 🙏), Taxi and TKO - but not album tracks such as Can You Hear Me, Down Like Wow, Good Girls, etc

off topic but last night club classics was on the british show ‘gavin & stacey’ which meant about 12.3 million people heard the song on christmas day

The post February 2016 sessions that birthed CTMP, ATAP & T&T looks like a label mandated session for a safe lead single post vroom vroom release. What we really need to know but probably will never is what songs she had in mind for mixing back when she said the album was done in February 2016. What You Gonna Do Now which appears on the June 2016 draft is from post February 2016 so I'm assuming that's another safe song production wise.

I feel like the draft tracklist is from before june 2016 due to the lack of come to my party, like perhaps march or early april before she made the song?

 

edit: actually what a.g said about not knowing about some songs is maybe why she made album3songs.txt and why it just says ‘london march XCX, A.G Cook’ as he would know those songs???
