thinking about the fact that charli has not had an active radio single in MONTHS.

 

her biggest era ever, multiple grammys, album not even a year old, and they just… stopped promoting singles altogether. absolutely bizarre. 

 

i’ve said it before i’ll say it again, they should’ve promoted von dutch to pop radio the SECOND it won that grammy.. it got such good streaming gains… my irls suddenly were like “omg this is my new fav charli song”

I mean singles aren’t as important as they used to also…. like single releases used to be MOMENTS but nowadays the landscape has shifted to the point it doesn’t really matter what’s a single and what isn’t cause any song can go viral at any point for whatever reason pretty much

 

Considering far she has pushed this era I don’t think no singles means that they have dropped it it simply means they’re looking for other ways to continue its longevity. I’m pretty sure we’re getting a b sides somewhere along the way

 

and charli has said that the covers have not changed back for a reason and unless she’s trolling it means there’s something more coming for sure
