For the charts, I did the top three responses + "other", except for honeymoon, where the 2-5 most responded colors had nearly identical amounts. I used "silver" to color the "other" slice, since it was not once selected in the survey.
Some numbers in the chart got rounded (from say 28.75% to 29%) because excel hates me, but the shape of the graphs should still be correct.

Anyway, these i think are a bit biased from the actual album art, except for a couple extras

 

AKA- light yellow, gold and white

Born to Die- pale blue, white and pale pink

Paradise- like a deep sparkly green and bronze-gold

Ultraviolence- dark grey-blue, black and lilac

Honeymoon- deep red, sky blue, white, and silver

 

I dont think many people associate lilac with UV, but i think i do because when i think of hydrangeas i think of purple ones (even though she sings of blue ones lol)

Idk but the rust and blue on the cover captures the "color" of HM perfectly

It seems that AKA, BTD, PD, and UV all have colours on the same colour scale, whereas HM has more colours which are completely different.

 

I'm thinking maybe this could be a reason why HM might not be liked as much as the other albums? Not as much of a clear cut aesthetic? 

 

When I think of HM, I think of a broad range of colours which I couldn't really categorise into one colour or one colour scale (pastels mainly: yellows, greens, blues, pinks, purples), but the other albums I all see on one colour scale e.g. AKA= cream -> olive, UV= grey -> black. 

 

It seems HM is viewed quite differently between people whereas other albums all give a similar feel.

BTD: a very strong red and ocean blue

Side Note: it's amazing how most of us see the same colours connected to the same albums, probably also because of the visuals and photoshoots which accompaniated the songs but in general it's pretty cool xx

Shït I'm so so so sad I stupidly missed this!!!! I'm fascinated by this kind of things I see AKA as black, white, grey and pink (basically the jewel case I made for it is exactly how I perceived it) with sometimes touches of light yellow, I see BTD as sky blue and white and baby pink and gold, I see Paradise as same as BTD but with gold and like violent green, I see UV as black grey white and red, and I see Honeymoon as dark blue, deep red, sky blue and white, basically the colours of the cover and the hat in particular represent it really well for me
