Surprised BB has such avid fans here. The song had zero traction when it came out. Not a lot of streams despite play-listing, and lana never performs it or talks about it. Good to know.

 

I actually like the song. Kinda wish the whole record was low-key ambient. But it ain't first single material was what I was saying. And it's def nowhere near WC, Ride, VG, Love, OB, and Mariners.

So good! It's crazy that she dropped that so soon after BTD.

 

Ride was out of this world, and still one of my two fav songs of hers (the other one being Venice Bitch). 

 

I hope she brings Rick Rubin back one day. He woulda bee perfect for a big first single off Person.

I mean, she has put slow ballads as first singles like Video Games, Love, Let Me Love You Like A Woman, Blue Banisters, so Yayo being the first single of Paradise wouldn't be really surprising move of her but Yayo as the first single of AKA would've made more sense than Paradise's - hypothetically.

 

Henry Come On seems "fast" imo, like it's not upbeat fast but like, it's not a slow ballad like Video Games. It's kind of in the middle. Like Mariners, it's not a slow ballad but it's an upbeat track. It's a "ballad with tempo" I guess.
