yeah i agree, this album is gonna be beautiful. its really a end of an era though. shes left us in the dark about her marriage like who knew we were gonna get a marriage album after Ocean Blvd. like im so happy shes happy like this probably means not as much music since lana has a shift of priority in her life but im so happy for her. i could see lana becoming more mainstream if this album does well. it seems that her in depth lyricism is coming to an end and shes just putting out more classy flowing songs considering how henry sounds and what she said in that interview as well.

Why is everyone moving?

 

So, she said she'll play new songs at the festival: big whoop.
 

Firstly, she lies a lot... as we all darn know...so she might be playing Video Games, Bartender, and The Grants, for all we know.
 

Secondly, what she thinks is "new" might just be Tough, Country Roads, and, again, The Grants. Maybe Breaking Up Slowly with Niki, too.

 

So, I'll believe it when I hear it.

 

Also, Miley's new song is such an instant hit, I'd hate to follow that with a low-key ballad like Henry. Hoping Henry offers some surprises, if she even plays that.

I'm wondering what are new songs too, does she mean new songs in the setlist or new songs from trpws.

 

But whatever she cooked for stagecoach is 100% ready and won't be changed later, since she had rehearsals this week. I think it's time-consuming to change the setlist and visuals for stage, so the only thing that could change it all is if she's late again and cuts out songs that where already included in the setlist.

At this point it’s safe(ish) to assume the era will officially begin at Stagecoach. Hoping the set, her outfit and visuals will give us a huge peak into TRPWS.

The ideal rollout would be to release Henry next week and then announce the album with the preorder (and maybe another single) the same week as Stagecoach.

 

But the most realistic scenario is that we get Henry the Tuesday or Wednesday before Stagecoach and she sings it there with a couple of other new songs.

ireland 2019 show flashbacks when she said that we'll be getting nfr in august. it was lowkey difficult for me to believe it then but when the date and pre-order dropped on july 31st saying that album out august 30th i was shocked...and happy.

That's what makes me believe that she still have time to drop the pre-order, like doing it on April 25 and then releasing the album on may 23, it's almost 1 month, the same scenario that we had with nfr

I wonder what drastic changes occurred for her to delay the album by a year. From what i remember, she said something along the lines of it (the album) not being aligned with her beliefs or something..idk. Additionally, the Coachella logos for her set were purposefully "Lasso" and country themed, which would lead me to believe that she genuinely planned on kicking things off that year (2024). I'm just really curious about the process of how this project got to where it is now, and how much it's changed since initial conception.
