I just watched the show. It was very good but I have watched SNL since the beginning. They did mention the Ashlee Simpson screw up. She was not interviewed about it. They did show 1 shot of Lana near the end as part of a large montage of many artists. Curious this is the anniversary of the release of Born to Die. Cosmic forces at work while we sleep. 😀❤️

I missed her performance when it first aired. The backlash is what first got me interested in Lana and I was quietly seduced in to becoming a super fan. When this aired I was blown away. I knew she was going to be big.

Someone may have mentioned this. It would be a pain but very Lana like to announce a small US tour after these shows. I mean announce it like next April or May after people have made arrangements to go to these shows. (Lana reading this, "That's a great idea"!)

I got the email also. I won't be traveling overseas for this. I'm glad these are just Lana shows and not festivals. Even though venues may be huge the technology these days with the screens and audio will make for a great time for everyone. Good luck to those that are going!

I am stunned at how cool and effortless Lana looks. That red top and her sunglasses. Impossible at this point in her career to top herself and yet she has. We love you Lana, we really do.

I am at the point in my Lana fandom where I have to surrender and just trust Lana. Trust Lana. That means just being patient, not taking too much stock in what she says. Whenever the final product arrives I am usually pleasantly surprised. Her voice, her lyrics, the talent comes through. There may be another release before Lasso or it may never see the light of day. What ever comes I Trust Lana to deliver. Hopefully something before 2030! 😀
