SOMEONE ELSE WHO LIKES BRITE LITES!!!!! Seriously it's amazing. I fell in love with it on first listen, right from the first "I look for you in magazines." I LOVE songs with heavy repetition of certain verses, and Brite Lites is such a good example of that. It sounds so fckn incredible in that half-singsong, half-talking voice. And I love the beats. :flutter:"I'm going back to Arbor Dean, where when I was a beauty queen," sounds so fckn magical. What's with all the hate? I seriously don't get it HOLY SHIT MAN you and I are on the same page!!!! Like exactly the same, wtf! I'M NOT ALONE!!! Paradise is seriously underappreciated and it is a masterpiece, an incredible work of art. I love Honeymoon since it's so similar.

I LOVE BLUE VELVET (don't hit me) Without You is terrible Ultraviolence has the lowest average for me, but has some of her best songs (CRUEL WORLD!!!!!!!!! mpg, old money). PARADISE IS THE BEST BTD is not that good sorry I LOVE FORDHAM ROAD OK!!! For K Part 2 is one of the best songs ever produced

Terrence Loves You is the worst on Honeymoon The lyrics to Young & Beautiful are deplorable AKA is her best work ever. EVERY song is 10/10, yes even Brite Lites.

Off To The Races vs. Kinda Outta Luck

tbh I liked it (especially more than UV mv ugh). But I just liked it. I thought she looked gorgeous (duh) and I liked the shots of the boys but that was really it. It was beautifully filmed though, i'll give it that. I'm really hoping for a Ride-style video soon, with a long emotional monologue. I would LOVE to see that for SWAN SONG. (please Lana answer my prayers OK xx)

Cruel World: 10/10 Ultraviolence: 8/10 Shades Of Cool: 8/10 Brooklyn Baby: 9/10 West Coast: 10/10 Sad Girl: 9/10 Pretty When You Cry: 7/10 Money Power Glory: 9/10 Fucked My Way Up To The Top: 10/10 Old Money: 9/10 89/100 With a beautifully written and stunningly performed opening song, "Cruel World", Ultraviolence is off to a good start. With other amazing tracks, Ultraviolence, Sad Girl, Money Power Glory, and Fucked My Way Up To The Top, Del Rey powerfully showcases emotional intensity and ambition. Old Money is a woozy, nostalgic tune that grows and latches onto you, and Shades Of Cool is a wondrously saddening yet pretty track. Brooklyn Baby, a somewhat satirical but totally admirable song, pokes fun of the hipster nation in what promises to be a top summer track. The most disappointing track, in my opinion, was Pretty When You Cry.
