  1. She has a great voice for whoever bothers to listen to anything other than her singles. Who are some super ultra stars then? Because Ke$ha didn't have record-breaking single sales to be considered anything other than one of the biggest super ultra stars of the decade. I don't think you're giving her as much credit as she deserves.
  2. This has got to be one of the most delusional things I've ever read. Can you tell me what I had for breakfast too? How about my opinion of the guy that sits next to me on the bus? Don't waste your time pointing out how rude my post is, I know.
  3. Why are you so damn bitter? As an artist, Lana's job is to make music, that's it. She is not obligated to spend hours on twitter replying to people like you to satisfy your whiny god-complex. She's a human just like everyone else and she deserves privacy. *You're Maybe you should be the one taking a seat, at least until you learn proper grammar and respect. Just a thought.
  4. Not a portrait, but I'd probably get something relating to her. Maybe I'll get a Hundred Dollar Bill on my asscheek or something.
  5. Oh, I didn't read the whole conversation. Either way..
  6. Your point is kind of stupid though. Of course Gaga's tour grossed more when she did more than twice as many shows. If Britney's tour did as much, her tour would have made more money than Gaga's. Just saying.
  7. What do you mean she decided the lyrics? I know she wrote a few songs for the album (4 or 5 I think) but not the whole thing. You're saying she got to pick what songs she wanted? Don't artists normally get to do that anyway?.. I love Blackout, flawless album. I feel the same about it as Circus but I love the songs on Circus more so it's my favorite. My Baby is a really good song with heartfelt lyrics and great vocals, I just don't like it lol. I don't like the melody & I think it could have been produced in a different way to sound better. Like, I get the message and stuff, I just feel like it wasn't delivered the best way it could've been.
  8. What you said in my Britney status interested me! How do you think In the Zone is her best album? I can't get into half of it tbh. The only songs that really stand out to me are Me Against the Music, Showdown, Breathe On Me, Toxic, Touch of My Hand & Everytime. Some others are good, and a few are unlistenable IMO. What makes it the best to you? Circus is my favorite because I can honestly listen to and enjoy every song (except for My Baby, lol).
  9. Currently obsessed with Blow Ur House Down - what a catchy song. I've found a handful of the songs from that list by now, but I'd still really love to work on a tumblr for her with someone! I can kickstart it if anyone's interested in helping out.
  10. Guys be interesting and put how many plays they have, sheesh. Born to Die: Lucky Ones (1,090 plays) Paradise: Burning Desire (450 plays) AKA: Smarty (367 plays) Sirens: Birds of a Feather (27 plays) No Kung Fu: Put Me In a Movie (70 plays) Unreleased: Hundred Dollar Bill (1,243 plays) Demos: Radio (874 plays)
  11. I don't know if I feel some kind of parental instinct over this site or what, but this really pisses me off. We're not a bad community, there are just some really opinionated people here. I don't know. That just made me really sad. If this is such a horrible place filled with hateful people and negativity as you say it is, then why are you here? Not everyone is going to love Gaga and just because they don't doesn't mean they aren't accepting people or whatever. & Just because a Little Monster doesn't like Lana doesn't make them crappy. There's a good & bad way to express opinions, and I haven't seen any extreme Gaga bashing lately so I don't know why you feel this way. & No, stating you don't like her and explaining why isn't bashing. I'm sorry you feel the way you do about the forum. If someone actually bothers you please let a mod know & we'll take care of it.
  12. This thread is such a headache. I don't think I've seen more than a very small handful of unbaised responses about the actual topic that was started.
  13. It makes me so happy that this thread has been successful in such a short time! If you need help with the master tumblr BK, I'd be more than willing to do whatever you'd like for it.
  14. I'll sum it up for you; you're wrong.
  15. Right. Because Boots & Boys totally sounds like Kiss 'n' Tell. Hungover totally sounds like Stephen. Animal sounds exactly like Your Love Is My Drug. Backstabber and Take It Off might as well be the same song. Party at a Rich Dude's House sounds SO MUCH! like TiK ToK. CUNxTuesday sounds just like Dancing With Tears In My Eyes. Only a few of the songs on Animal share a handful of the same characteristics. Sit down. Warrior is just as guilty of having a few sister songs on it as Animal. Fuck, it's even moreso, honestly. Just because an album has more diversity doesn't mean it's better than a cohesive work. That's an opinion. Any artist can be diverse in their music; being able to do that doesn't make them good. They're both good albums that are styled completely differently, but they both fall short in some areas and they both have songs that sound similar to each other on their tracklist. I know you're just annoying me because that's what you do but I'm gonna make this list so that the next time you want to push my buttons, you have to be more creative. Here are the songs on both albums that are basically sisters, based on production and overall sound. Animal Your Love Is My Drug / Kiss 'n' Tell TiK ToK / Blah Blah Blah (kind of similar, not really sisters though) Boots & Boys / VIP Warrior Warrior / Supernatural Gold Trans Am / Dirty Love All That Matters / Out Alive (this hurt, but it's true... I'm sorry, Out Alive) C'mon / Die Young (kind of similar, more than TiK ToK & Blah Blah Blah) Oh, look at that! Looks like Warrior has more sister songs than Animal. Which is more diverse now? Anyway, I understand how Warrior would seem more diverse to many people, considering Ke$ha threw a few rock-tinged songs into the album. Honestly though, that really doesn't matter & there really aren't that many. The mentality I imagine when people believe that is "0mG SH3 usEd gu!taR in th1$ s0nG nD !t s0unDs le!k r0cK, l0l, $0 oRigin@l nD D!ver$E." You can release a pop album and still retain diversity between the songs on it. Maybe it's not diversity of genres, but it's still diversity.
