i’m really curious if the samples are interpolations, as in the piano parts were completely re-recorded with (presumably) Jack, or if the samples are directly lifted from the original songs and used in lana’s versions. at first i thought they were just interpolations because SYML isn’t credited as a producer on the album cover, but then i realized that it would probably look messy to credit him twice regardless lol

this has probably been mentioned because the email is from January 18th but i haven’t seen it mentioned yet or this photo posted yet so this isn’t that big of a deal but i just realized i got an email from lana’s store with the actual correct back cover instead of the wonky draft of it she posted

1. The Grants because of the grandness that BOZ talked about 2. Candy Necklace because i don’t want too much of the album spoiled and we already have one snippet of it 3. Fishtail because we don’t really know much about it at all and it sounds interesting

considering they just shot the Billboard shoot yesterday i don’t think it’s this upcoming week, it seems like Billboard works fast but not that fast. i’m guessing the first full week of February at the earliest, though probably more likely the weeks of February 13th or 20th just from past patterns and turnaround time. maybe she’ll perform the title track on Corden this week though

this actually gave me so much hope because i don’t remember them coming out simultaneously but yeah it looks like both were August 22nd 2019. the second single(s) is/are coming 😭😭

when A&W is debuted live on a late night show on February 7th, the song comes out February 8th, and then the billboard article is published on that Friday or the week after that although A&W would be funny song to play on TV because of the censorship lmfao

to this day i still can’t tell if she was lip syncing or not in that performance because the way she’s moving is different in a lot of the cuts 😭 like for one half of a line she’s stepping away from the mic and then on the next word she’s right in front of it staring directly into the camera (nobody come for me ik it was probably recorded live in a few takes and then the best take was just dubbed over with the best clips of the other ones i still think it’s funny though)

probably not, but i wonder if ldrvillage is dead now if they haven’t renewed the domain? considering it was updated on the 26th, but still says that it expired on the 21st, that means they know it expired but haven’t bothered to renew it yet. also because none of the Ocean Blvd physicals went on sale on the village like Blue Banisters did. just a thought. almost everything was sold out anyway last time i checked. i wonder if they’re gonna go back to just using the shop on her website
