Beautiful cover. I don't really have any stories, sad or not-- there's no specific reason why I am enamored by Lana. I just really appreciate her artistry and I think her music is beautiful. It inspires me and I often listen her music exclusively while I paint or collage. I spent hours doing one collage and listened to Black Beauty on repeat. Her music is soothing and sweet and I could listen to some songs on repeat for weeks. I love that. The longevity of her music.

Just saw Lorde in Chicago at the Aragon and this was my first super big show, since I'm used to <1500 people. Well, my friends and I got there about 3 hrs before the show and we ended up 2nd row, which was good. I had a good view the whole time, so I'm happy. Lo Fang was not my cup of tea. Lorde was absolutely wicked. I didn't expect her to be so, so good. I knew she'd be great, but she exceeded all expectations. Loved her dancing and her vocals and the lighting of course. It was overall an amaaaaazing show, and I had free tickets so there was nothing to lose haha. We waited outside for 2 hours in the cold, my feet are still frozen, and she literally walked to her bus and left and didn't wave or anything. She was feeling a bit sick she said during the show, but it would have been nice if she could have said hey guys don't wait and freeze out there... but I guess oh well. It was overall a great experience. Loved it, and I'd love to see her again.

I'm pretty confident that more cities will be announced. But I'm wondering about multiple dates for one city. Yeah, I did! But it'd be cool to see her back to back if her schedule allows it. Like in the Paradise tour, she did two dates in Paris back to back, yknow? I think it'd be cool. But I'm happy with this 1 date for Chicago haha. stubhub fucking sucks can we make an online petition to take them down or has that happened already lol

I'm so happy her tickets did so well! Except for the ones sold to ticket scalpers. Fuck them. But I think this is good--even more dates will be added, and maybe multiples for some cities...Chicago... would be amazing!

How the fuck could this be a scam? Lana's management posted these links and all. I don't think the actual venues know what AIW is lol, but the tickets will be valid. I got the e-mail, too. Why would you need to re-confirm your purchase if it's already been confirmed... I don't get that part.

All links will be posted at 8 AM eastern But the tix will be on sale 9 AM locally so 9am for wherever the location is. So whenever its 9am for you if you are in the same time zone as the venue.

Also for Chicagolanders: There's this awesome, intimate, small studio in Chicago on Grand Avenue called JBTV and they book small-big artists and have them perform, and you just have to RSVP for a chance to win and get in the studio for the free taping. I tweeted them abt Lana. "JBTV ‏@JBTV Mar 11 @faisaltastic we agree. Would love to have @LanaDelRey. The Chicago fans should start a twitter campaign to her!" So...idk, I guess tweeting Lana/JBTV more might increase the chances of her doing JBTV. Idk if it would work with her schedule. But this would be awesome. I've been to JBTV before and it's perfect and seeing Lana there would be amazing.
