The songs I’m really looking forward to are Baby, Constant Repeat, Every Rule and Lightning( Ariel) IDC about charts at all-Music over success but yes it’s good, hopefully we can get a good tour set.

I don’t think any of this was intentional ddd, she said she was going to play multiple characters and that didn’t pan out.

It would be odd for her to have the backing dancers on tour again, it’s not even choreo really it’s just hand gestures and swaying so I’m not sure why it affects her singing so much with the backing tracks etc. If they can sing backup, they should sing backup.

My most hated song I’ve heard in her discography tbh along with blame it on your love. it’s on my hate list. 1. Red Balloon 2. Blame it on your love 3. Clique 4. New Shapes

Plz, she sometimes has a nasal voice-it’s just masked by heaps of auto tune so you lot don’t hear it depending on the vocal tone she uses- her voice sounded fine and hit the notes.

This doesn’t sound positive at all but it’s what I’ve said for awhile now, her melodies and hooks aren’t as well though out. Hoping Boz is wrong on some accounts and the album surprises me, I genuinely don’t believe it is purely a dance record-she’s mentioned a lot of New Jack artists so we’ll see. EDIT: in hindsight New Jack Swing is just dance pop mixed with hip hop.

Maybe it’s the clash between the aesthetics and the sound though, like her aesthetic is giving me Pop Nine Inch Nails or goth pop. I’d say good ones fits her look, New shapes and Beg for you not so much. It would be more interesting if after this album-she continued with the look onto slightly more experimental, darker music.

I have to agree but I do feel the hate she gets is so nasty, musicians in general have to deal with so much sh*t especially in the social media era. she needs to build a concrete image and sound, it’s too soon for her- her look is too “seen” like I could confuse her for a lot of other people on Tik Tok. The biggest reason I think she blew up was familiarly. ABCD sounds like we can’t stop by Miley Cyrus with the melody of where is my mind by The Pixies.

I’m really confused about how this era links together tbh: we have 1960s bouffants, leather soft goth like Trent Reznor and synths. Then she said the album will be demonic sex songs-but the next single is a 2000s euro dance/garage track? I wonder if there’s a transition between beg for you and something else

You can’t say Venice bitch is objectively her best 💀There is no objective best but I certainly wouldn’t call it that Subjectively I would say shades of cool or Freak(the harmonies)
