Are we supposed to believe this is due to illness and not a pattern of behaviour/low sales? She seems to be chronically ill regardless and still tours so I just find it hard to believe Not dismissing her illness btw- I’m saying that she seems ill on her tours by how she seems and is still touring so I can’t imagine it’s her illness stopping the tours alone

Von Dutch sounds very commercial to me- so much so that it sounds like this Uk advert jingle in the UK- this is as commercial as you can get here atleast- idk about America where you’re all listening to country or something

I wouldn’t say she has zero identity. she’s known for having Latin pop massive songs like senorita and Havana to most people. outside of that- charli has a dedicated fanbase but most of the general comments on YouTube-SNL etc talk about them not even knowing what charli even looks like or who she is- they both are indentityless in different ways.

I don’t care for Camila- considering her racial hatred scandal prior but to act like nigh every popstar including QOP Madonna(see Debby Harry) hasn’t borrowed heavily from other artists is silly- she’s just a formulaic artist who trend jumps.

“pc music” existed prior to charli- and this doesn’t even sound like pop 2- you can find similar things in Nadia oh- over a decade prior- autotune and repetition of vowels doesn’t constitute copyright infringement- sure you can call it inspo- the only thing camilla should give credit to is Caroline because she definitely took her art direction.
