Can someone tell me if I'm missing anything please?

Drownsoda, are you on the "Hole & Courtney Love fans" page on facebook? Okay, Courtney is my life. I think anyone that's talked to me for more than 5 minutes knows that. Nobody's Daughter is Hole's greatest album and I credit it with saving my life. I've listened to Hole for as long as I remember. I love Melissa's solo albums, but tbh, she doesn't have shit on Courtney. I think I'm the only person who doesn't hate Courtney's voice now? I think her and Marianne Faithful have similar voices and I think it's something you either like and admire or you just hate it. As for the solo mic video - Courtney doesn't really sound like that live. She guitar-syncs a lot because she really can't accurately play while putting out that much energy into a song. I think it's an after effect of years of drug usage/age. Her solo album wasn't her best work - but even she admits that. My fav songs in order

I just want to say that anyone who goes to the dates with Courtney is automatically on my hit list. I hate you forever and hope you have an awful time. Seriously, this is the shit I could only dream about and it's bullshit she won't be here. Anyway, I almost have a chance to see Lana She'll be over 100 miles away away though It must happen though!

So true! Same with people who claim to love Elvis, Marilyn Monroe & Bob Marley I haven't met someone who knows more than a few basic songs by them. It seems in a lot of cases, mostly with dead celebs, people like them just because they're 'iconic'. It's like once a celeb dies in their prime they become godly to us. I like Kurt a lot, Nirvana definitely made an impact on my life, especially with introducing me to Courtney Love/Hole, but I just don't get the love for Kurt. Totally get that he was talented/a great lyricist, but I don't get the obsession society has for him. If he hadn't died young he wouldn't be seen in the same light.

I voted for Slipknot because The Negative One is one of the best metal singles to be released in the past decade and .5: The Gray Chapter quickly made my top 10 best albums of all time.

I don't think Lana actually loves or was influenced by Kurt Cobain the way she claims she was. I think she's just a basic ass fan who knows a few hits and is in love with the idea of Kurt more than anything.

Fact: Lana reads my fan fics and thinks they are a masterpiece.

I think he's stayed relevant because he's still just being himself and doing what he loves. You could say that about any artist though, what's going to keep Lana relevant in a few years? Eventually people are going to say she's been making the same music over & over again & she isn't doing anything special.

I don't really care that she said it, Perez is a piece of shit, it's just hypocritical that people are bashing Em for saying the same kind of shit their favs say. There's no difference between him & her using the world.

I hope no one in this thread is a fan of to Tupac, Biggie, Lil Wayne, Azealia, T.I., Kanye, Iggy etc. all have had sexist and homophobic lyrics or displayed sexism and homophobis in their daily lives. Don't act like Em is the only one in the game saying shit like this.

Glad people who said Eminem was their fav are suddenly joining the hate wagon. He's talked about his domestic violence with Kim in several songs. It isn't like domestic violence is anything new in his music. If he didn't name drop Lana 99% of y'all wouldn't even give a shit.

I always kinda thought she was trying to find her sound or just experimenting with different types of music to, in a way, challenge herself. Maybe she considered writing for other artists and made demos hoping someone would like them and lead her to get a career going.
