After the mess surrounding Froot's release and Marina taking a four-year break, one would like to assume that her "fans" wouldn't actively sabotage the release of her new album.

TBH I think she's huge pretty much everywhere. What's even more impressive than her album sales is how she sells out stadium after stadium. She's quite a force when it comes to touring.

Well, Beautiful Trauma was the second-most successful album by a female artist of 2017, just after Reputation – and it wasn't even a good album. So I guess people do still listen to her.

LMAO so Pink just announced her next album. Lead single in two weeks, album in April. Meanwhile, Lana hasn't even told us which shows she's gonna cancel, let alone given us any news about the album whose first two singles were released five (5) months ago.

Designing/putting together the Lust For Life booklet probably took them like ten minutes, and I'm not exactly expecting the Norman Fucking Rockwell one to be any more... sophisticated. And yeah, I have no idea what's going on over at Interscope/LDR HQ, but they should definitely have that kind of stuff ready by now. And the whole process from pressing/printing the CD to it actually being available in stores can take as little as one week, if handled correctly (see: Beyoncé). But given Lana's history, it would probably take longer than that. And obviously, with boxsets and especially vinyls, it takes a lot longer than with regular CDs.

I get why everyone is so shocked and disappointed by Lana (apparently) visiting Hillsong on a regular basis now, and I too think she's so stupid for doing this. But at the same time, if the reason everybody hates this church so much is that they are homophobic, misogynistic, and have a history of pedophilia, then everyone "cancelling" her now should've already done that the moment we found out she's Catholic.

Can we talk about what a massive bop Confession is? Why did she put all those crap songs on So Good when Confession was right there?

No problem! I have no idea, but considering that there are so many different variants, I'd assume they are all more or less limited. Then again, they keep repressing Don't Smile At Me even though it's technically "limited", so I don't know lol. Personally, I'm not preordering it until I've heard the whole album, so if I do like it enough, I hope there'll still be some copies available after the release date.

Same label, similar sound and fanbase. Interscope is gonna try to push both NFR and Billie's album and aim for number one both times. I'm expecting at the very least two weeks between the two albums' release dates.
