I totally agree with you that she should get out of her comfort zone and work with more different people again. However, I'm preeetty sure the problem is not Rick, but actually Lana herself. Lust For Life sounds the way it does because that's what Lana wanted it to sound like. Let's not forget that she actually co-produced every single song except Summer Bummer. You can't blame Rick for every bad decision Lana makes.

Well, it's a 10" vinyl. If we're lucky, there'll be one or two new songs in addition to the ones you mentioned, but I think six tracks in total would be the absolute maximum.
