I think Love Song is beautiful, but I do cringe every time she says "spill my clothes on the floor of your new car."

I saw her in 2014 for the first time and tbh she was pretty bad. The venue sucked, the sound was awful, and the fans were atrocious. I was pretty disappointed, but I also knew live performance wasn't really her strength and didn't hold it against her too much. I saw her again in 2018 and she was flawless. It was a stunning show from start to finish. The sound was great, her voice was incredible, her stage presence was compelling. It was an unbelievable show, one of the best concerts I've been to.

People on this board may not appreciate it more, but it's definitely largely considered one of the best songs she's ever written. Tons of reviews have singled it out as especially impressive. It's stunning.

Ask if the tour is going to be mostly the new album, or a more standard setlist from her. Trying to decide if I should fly to Vancouver lol

I think the chorus is brilliant. The verses and pre-chorus build to something more emotional and dramatic so we're expecting her to keep going in that direction, but instead she slides back into something very casual on the surface, but also desperate in nature which makes the song a lot more heartbreaking for me. She really, really wants this guy to come back to California, but she doesn't want to know him how badly she misses him or how much guilt and regret she feels from their relationship, and it really doesn't feel like he's ever coming back.

I really hope this is a psychadelic rock album.

HOLLLY shit. Amazing video!!! One of her best every for sure. So hilarious, cute, bizarre, and lowkey deep with Lana and Lizzy coming together. Also reinforces the themes that I feel the album is about. Lana vs Lizzy and that war between her two personas in her mind. What a lovely way for them to come together.

Hey I haven't gotten confirmation either, and I'm also in Canada. When I click on my order it says Pending - Will Ship August 30, so I think we'll get our confirmations tomorrow!

I'm still processing the album and listening on repeat before I fully post my thoughts, but it's definitely a gorgeous piece of work. I find Lana's albums really should first be listened to the same way you'd watch a film series. This album tells a beautiful story, and it's a great continuation of the story she's been telling since Born To Die. I think each of her albums have an important place in the overarching story of Lana Del Rey.
