I actually love the cover of this album and think it's perfect for the overall vibe. It's kind of off and quirky compared to her other covers, which is essentially what the album is as well. But maybe I feel this way because she's actually serving a look with the dress and hair and we've had a drought of looks lately?

Her next live show is gonna be a mess if she doesn't talk about the album at all. I imagine fans are going to be very loud/obnoxious about it like they are on instagram.

I think the most realistic possibility is that it's coming very late summer... Probably with little promo or maybe a music video? If not then it's probably scrapped for some reason.

Doin Time really deserves this attention tho because it's quite good. Not that MAC/VB aren't, because they're great too. But this is the most lively and fun song she has released in a while and I think that's what people are responding to (besides the fact that it's a Sublime cover).

I always saw the Lana persona as being perfect for the wife/girlfriend of a mobster/gangster from a Martin Scorsese movie. Especially in 2012. She had the perfect look and vibe for it. It sucks that she never got any film roles. If she had been alive in the 70s, I could have seen her in The Godfather movies. She also said the The Godfather 1 & 2 were her favorite movies in a 2011/12 interview. She embodies this persona in the song 24, too.

Just release the album and then go get your tea with your mom "baddie" friends and call it a day. People will stop asking for it and she can live the boring LA life she wants. We all win.

I'm always going to care for her and keep up with her career but the love is beginning to fade. She doesn't seem to care about her music or fans much anymore. Or maybe even herself... hard to tell. To me, she's becoming more of a classic icon that stopped being iconic, so you can only really look back on her iconic moments and love her in that way.

Pictures are still somehow better than the last church pics... So I guess this is where we're at... Cool
