Marina thanked Lana in her album credits <3

This will sound really awful (I'm sorry) but nothing kills a career in entertainment business faster then when kids come into the picture. Lana is 34 and chances are she's one of those woman who doesn't feel complete without children. Now would be the time for Lana to have kids because as we know, women's eggs start dying out around their 30's.

Then again look at Cardi B. She literally twerks on stage between breast feeding her baby AND she's popular as hell.

I don't think Lana is really into the music business as before or maybe she's tired of being "Lana" and wants to pull a 'Marina' and go back to "Lizzy".

I agree. Also, she’s older now. She’s done being this mysterious “I’m too cool for that” person and is just living her life and enjoying her friends. You can hear the sincerity coming from Hope

I think she's dragging this pre-release out (and out and out) because she knows in her heart she has no interest/plan to make any music after it ... I mean she wasn't even planning to do this one ...

I think it'll be a good few years before we get anything else, if ever.

She's almost 34 and if she wants to have kids then that can't wait forever, although it's not uncommon for women to have kiddos into their early forties now. She's a real houewife of West Hollywood and that Tesla poem alluded to it, as do all the other poetry references to planting flowers and making a new life, etc ... I think that's the priority

She has a contract with her label so she can’t fuck around too much even if they are lenient that won’t come at the expense of $$$

Like I said before, I think NFR is going to be the last "big album" for a while.
She already slowed down her musical pace, this era of "I have no plan" shows she is not at the top of her game, she takes the time to live, she is writing poetry.
Plus she wants children at some point, and there was the musical with Rick... So, many projects and so little time.

Maybe LDR7 will finally be the one where we get an unreleased collection from her. We would be edging on the 10-year  of her musical career as Lana Del Rey, many of the songs are already done and to remaster a couple of them would not take that much time. Plus this album could finally be the one that all the fans could be statisfied with, if handled correctly.

I took a break from the thread for a week or two for my mental health, but I assume we have learned nothing new

New posts from Easter with her friends! She looks so beautiful. Right out of 2014, especially with those jellies.
    Embedded for you -

All the songs she released for this era is good in my opinion but my favorite is "Venice Bitch" and "Hope is a Dangerous..."

VB was meant to be played in your car while your driving or for people like me, in a long subway ride. I think it's perfect the way it is.

Hope is powerful and personal and I know people complain because there's not a lot of instruments playing in the background but I think Lana did that on purpose. She wanted people to pay attention to what she was saying happened to her. That's my interpretation.

and I can see that her management team can't convince her of doing anything. She insinuated that in this new interview. She must be driving Ben crazy. I think that's why he's more into Dua Lipa's career then Lana's because Lana has put everything on pause. Ben can't just sit down and wait for Lana to sprint into action forever. He's got other clients who want to do the work and are ambitious.

Then Lana needs to go independent and use Pledge Music. Interscope isn't going to put up with her bullshit forever. They might even drop her if her album keeps selling less and less.

This is exactly how it happens too. Then she does her little twirl while singing it.

    Clampigirl: "YOSEMITE!!! YOSEMITE!!!! YOSEMITE!!!"
    Lana: "Huh? What?"
    Clampigirl: "YOSEMITEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!"
Lana: "Aww well we weren't going to play that but since my babies want it so much ^_^....ok guys lets do Video Games!"

NFR is not coming anytime soon. I don't even think it will be released in 2019. She's all about the poetry book and for some reason it's taking forever for her to release her book. I don't know how self-publishing really works but I went on YouTube to do a little research and some people who self-publish make it sound very easy. They say Lulu's a great place to self publish. https://www.lulu.com/  What is Lana doing?
