So. I've been patient and not really thinking about the album, before cus I was still and am enjoying ocean blvd, but I ended up watching this movie w reese witherspoon and will ferell about a double wedding (it was entertaining but also wholesome), and there was this scene where the mother was reconciling w her daughter, also wholesome, but I was listening to the music score and it reminded me of the same of feeling of white dress musically, and that got me thinking about the feeling off new music. and the kind of world it opens up. I don't really like complaining cus I feel like it's useless for the most part, and I'm not complaining now but more so. I miss that kind of feeling of reliving emotions or stepping into a sacred kind of space not through, but with it. people can hurt you, people'll come and go and you should let them, intimacy and all, but music? it can be very intimate. yes and shared, but from a personal pov, I miss that. last time I felt anything similar to was ariana's eternal sunshine. I'm waiting for that feeling

So, just like an honest question that parallels the album pre discourse. is the whole, my opinion is this, and if you don’t like it or believe it the same way I do, then you’re x y z! like is that just an american thing, a twitter brainrot thing or like. Like who taught people to be that way? Really ngl I feel like sometimes she’s just this simple american woman that so happened to make cool music, but then you have gay people, political people etc etc, get in on her life cus of the music, but it’s like. It’s not your life? And it’s not your music career/ celebrity life? When did you get so deluded into thinking that you should run her life for her? like yes right now she seems like she’s ally adjacent to her fanbase demographics but won’t really be there for you unless you’re a girl cus she writes music for girls quote unquote, her own kind of womanhood, but then ok. Leave it at that. Separate your expectations from what actually is.
