I don't think White Mustang is a filler, it's a nice song I just wish for a more "fitting" instrumentation, personally. Groupie Love I can't decide if it would've been better without A$AP or not but I like his verse and Lana's little bakground vocals, this one cheers me up.

Nevada would've been a nice album name. I love names of places as titles for stuff like movies or songs or albums (Yosemite ) Naming LFL as Best American Record would've taken so much audacity from Lana lol. The concept would've been nice and one of the themes would've been Lana in love with an artist right? (BAR, WM, GL, the last two make me think it's still a theme on LFL)

Yeah I think UV was always UV, but Black Beauty was like the "center" or the "essence" of that album originally, I don't remember where I read that though. Where are these titles from?

I like the song, but imo, with the production it was given it couldn't reach the climax it needed, like the production doesn't even fit the vibe of the song from minute 1:32 to the end. I think it would've been even better if it was produced like 13 Beaches or Blue Velvet or Burning Desire; with violins instead of the trashy little beats, also the whistling was kind of unnecesary (or is it supposed to represent someone calling a horse by whistling?). I think this song needed to sound more "vintage" to live up to its potential, that way it could even be longer, the song we actually got works as a 2:45 minute song.

I'm glad to see almost no one is really hating on Heroin, it's close to replacing Cruel World as my favorite Lana song ever The lyrics are something else... also the way she gives the right feeling with her vocals is very real. Example: that part of "it's fucking hot! hot! winter in the city!" kills me everytime (in a good way), like she sings that feeling of confusion/anger perfectly and I LIVE.
