AH I get it now (well, I think so) - Catch and release is catching a fish and then throwing it back in water I assume. So the guy she's talking about wants to pick her up just to toss her away and she likes her world 'on a string' because that's the stage between 'catching' her and throwing her away (fish on the string imagery there). Hey guys! I've spent countless nights sitting here thinking, "Wow, so many users are logged on to the forum right now, but none of us are really talking!" So, I decided to put together a little something. It's called: Lana Chats. Let me explain...



Basically, it's going to be a Tumblr where I'll post dates and times of (almost) nightly Tinychats where Lana fans from all over the web can join together and talk about Lana, her music, her videos, her style, or just chat in general. I'm planning some exciting things, like games and contests, so we're not just having redundant chats every night. I think you guys are just really over thinking that ice line. Have you ever heard the The Beatles' song "Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds"? Well "ice" is a slang term for diamond jewelry, and it's used in a lot of rap songs (see Icy by Gucci Mane). My guess is that that's probably as complicated as it gets.

I only have one question: How could anyone NOT be interested in Lana?   

This makes total sense to me to be honest. I dont think its just you wanting it to be true. If you think of it, there are so many connections in all of Lanas songs, old and new. With all of the recurring themes Id be quiet quiet surprised if this wasn't just coincidental. Ive always felt that she loves connecting all her songs with some theme or image or word, because there all little stories which make up her bigger story, and she wants to keep some sort of continuity, if that makes sense....
