Honestly, I'm still quite unsure what Ultraviolence will sound like. I think there will be less Beauty Queen/Gangster songs like there were on BTD. However, I can imagine that we will still get some religion related ones (Tropico seems to play an important role in her life, but on the other hand you can rarely find many more religious references in older songs, so maybe it was just the Paradise era) and also a lot of love songs for Barrie. No matter what I don't think the album is going to sound happier and a sadcore tone will reign.

She kind of HAS TO present new music but hey it's Lana Del Rey....

I like BTD because Lana looks so fragile in his tattoed arms, her ring is glamorous and the american flag in the background adds the right, soft colors. Blue Jeans is so unique and futuristic. I love the fact that you can't find the artist or title on the cover and the way Lana lays on the ground with the tattoed hand touching her is just so... epic... The cover for SS describes the lyrics so well. You can still see that it's summertime but the dark colors and her sadcore face make you realize that the summer won't have a happy ending. Beauty queen ! The NA cover is such a classic mixed with modern elements. Everybody realizes that Lana portrays Marilyn in her shimmering dress singing Happy Birthday and then all of a sudden you see the black stripe over Lana's eyes which gives the cover an anonymous but cool flavor. Ride is totally different from the other covers but I adore it. The scenery is simply awesome and Lana looks like dramatic cowgirl queen. Her messy curls are lovely. Am I only allowed to vote for one cover ?
