If only she'd started her career with music like this other than that 'Whip My Hair' song and she may have not be as depressed after all that hate she got for the song. But as if any record label would allow her to do that, I'm surprised this has been released but I'm glad I've heard it now because whip my hair was so heavily autotuned it's nice to hear something a bit more stripped back where you can hear a bit of a natural voice.

It kind of annoys me how people get so confused as to why it wasn't on the EP just because it's called 'Paradise'. I mean, Lana's obsessed with Paradise and all that shit so it's no surprise she made a song with the same title but it definatly wouldn't fit on the EP itself.

That's definatly true. If I read a review on an artist and it has an overall negative view on them, I automatically have negative thoughts on the person/people if I haven't already heard them/know them.

I'd completely forgotten until this thread was made but for some strange reason I remember watching a few Daria episodes from when I was, idk, 5 or something? I don't remember anything but a few of the character's faces but I have a thing for cartoons and I might even try watching it again.

I think people, including myself, sometimes forget that famous people have feelings. If somebody insults me (always behind my back for some reason ) even if it's no massive deal and I don't even care about the person, it's a bit of a kick in the stomach so if Lana's got respected critics slagging her off, she has a right to get angry about it. I don't think she over reacts that much. It's not like she tries to stir up trouble - for example on the one-two-watch interview, they asked her what she'd say to her haters and she replied with "I don't think I'd say anything at all."

These are a few stuff I was thinking about: - Do you think she'd be more successful? + How successful? - How much marketing do you think would be used. - Do you think they'd record the album differently? Like different instrumentals. - If it was successful, how do you think it would effect her career? Would she do something like Born To Die or something more stripped back like AKA?

When I heard Kill Kill in, idk, December 2011 or something when the chorus started I straight away thought, "Hang on, I swear I've heard this before." so I might have but in 2010 I had an annoying music taste and I was younger so it's no surprise I over-looked it like that.

I really like some of them and I think I'll be getting one for my iPod (I wish there were more for them though ) but if I saw a guy with one then I'd just think it was really cool because they liked Lana, honestly don't worry about which gender it's 'for' because it doesn't matter.
