I hope she still uses Ariel Rechtsheid or however you spell his last name, I always forget. And I hope it's still got the dark edgy vibe to it that some of her songs onT rue Romance have. But Im definitely cool with her going in a different direction I just hope it's not TOOO different. I want her to stay with some of the soft-goth and kind of retro edgy aesthetic that made me fall in love with her.

Charli XCX is going on stage soon and I'm home even though I bought a ticket because of the stupid severe weather warning in Indiana.... FML

I saw them open for Marina and they are cool but I'm not super into them. The CHVRHCES remix of Hurricane is really good, and I love their free download track addict playlists! I accidentally got my friend super into them... I talked about them a few times casually but I'm not a HUGE fan so I didn't tell my friend to listen to them and then one day he did and he was like "WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME HOW AMAZING THEY ARE BEFORE" but I don't really think they're that amazing? So now it's funny because he knows who they are through me but he's really into them and I just think they're kind of good. I haven't even listened to the album yet though. I definitely hear the Florence and the Machine in them though, I think that's why my friend likes them so much. I was in LOVE with lungs, but I kind of grew tired of her style after I overplayed that album.

Does she call her fans "Cadets"? PLEEEEASE stop with nicknaming fans thing, female pop artists.

Sorry for the double post but I am devastated right now as it looks like I may not be able to see Charli today... There's supposed to be severe storms and possible tornado warning in Indianapolis tonight and my parents really don't want me to go... Why today of all days does the weather have to be like that....

And who would you cast as your fellow teen witches? CHARLI: I would definitely cast myself as Nancy Downs, the evil one who's played by Fairuza Balk. She's a style icon. I'd probably cast Marina and Lizzy [Plapinger] from MS MR as my two sidekick evil witches and the good one can be Max [Hershenow] from MS MR... He'd be in drag though... But it would be wonderful.

Wow. With all the small steps forward in the US and Europe the past couple years, it's really sad to see such a huge step backwards. :/

@@National Anthem Thanks!!! <3 Seeing Charli tomorrow! This is unreal ahh!! And I was able to convince a friend to go with me last minute lol... He quit his job and he's not doing anything tomorrow so I made him go with me since tickets are only $8 and I don't want to drive 4 hours there and back alone!

I actually ordered this magazine online because I was so in love with the cover. Glad the photoshoot looks cool too. I wish I got it in the mail before tomorrow though, so I could have Charli sign one of them! That would be really cool! oh wells. (just hit me I'm seeing and hopefully meeting Charli tomorrow... )

@@National Anthem I like the first one best! Btw, could you post the original picture you used to make these? It looks like a great picture to draw of her! (I'm always looking for decent quality face pictures with good lighting to practice drawing. Also the drawing I already did of her got ind of crumpled so I might draw a new one to give her on Wednesday)

If only 50 people have it and there's no where it can be found online to download anymore, I'd consider it rare :/ maybe not as rare as say the 14 tracks were before they leaked, but still rare in that its not available for public download like most songs on the Internet.

Can someone who has a lot of remixes post their collection so I know what remixes I'm missing? (I purposely didn't download some because I don't like them, but I want to k ow if I'm missing any that I just don't know about or forgot to download) Also, I think at this point the only thing everyone seems to have that I don't have is the album sampler... Could someone help me out with that? I couldn't find it anywhere and I really want to hear the you're the one demo (in the dark) and the Feel My Pain demo that I don't have (I hear the one that leaked with interior is a different one than on the sampler) edit: Also about Interior, it's noticeably less loud than my other songs which is kind of annoying, is the version I have just lower quality or does everyone have this problem with the song? Is there a higher quality version? Mine is about 4 MB I think.

Your guys's awesome covers and organization of the songs makes me want to get WAAAAY more organized with my library... I'm too embarrassed to post mine... It's a mess. There are duplicates, things that are still mislabeled, things without cover art...

I actually really like Icona Pop. They have a lot of great songs on their Swedish album (Manners, Top Rated, We Got The World, Downtown, Lovers to Friends, more) and I'm seeing them live in September and excited (I also saw them open for Marina) but I just don't understand why I Love It is their song. They didn't really do ANYTHING for that song except sing over an existing song... That's like... Less than what Britney Spears does tbh..

LOL took me a couple seconds to get what you meant.

She wrote it and recorded it and they basically just sung over her... I hear her on the track more than I hear them. It's her voice throughout the whole song singing with them.

I noticed oOoOO credited in the description of one of her other songs. I listened to them briefly before (don't recall how I found them in the first place) but I wasn't super into them.. (or him or her... Never know nowadays... Ever since Marina and the Diamonds I have a fear of sounding stupid with pronouns). Might listen to them again. I really like this girl.

I hadn't until now but I really like them! (or her, idk). The music video is simple but fun to watch, I have a thing for pretty girls singing in a cool neon atmosphere. Reminds me of Charli a bit. edit: ugh the comments. Grimes has become the new Lady Gaga. EVERY unknown female synthpop act is compared to her now...

I didn't know this!! I heard (and love) Ellie's version first and thought Sky's was just a cover because she liked Ellie's music. I like both though. That would explain why there are some lyrics in Ellie's that are missing in Sky's... I really like the part in Ellie's where she says "Why do I always draw triangles" and I kept listening for that part in Sky's but never herd it. And the first 10 times I thought it was just because I was zoning out and missed it lol.
