I only listen to 5 tracks at one point. Another day I will listen to 5 other tracks, etc. The songs are good, somehow as an album it's not really working for me. I wish there were more faster tracks.

Actually, UV is not about loving the bad boy. That was BTD. UV is more the damage that has been done by loving these bad boys. In the beginning I thought that HM is the better album, but UV is a much more interesting listen. I blame the production on the tracks of HM and yes, while UV was extremly slow as well, there were layers to the songs in the production that I really miss on HM. HM is like Paradise 2.0 Girl really needs to pick up the pace and balance her albums more in order to keep the attention of her listeners. HM sometimes feels like one long note which is a shame since I can not really say that the album has even one bad song on it. Idk, sometimes I think that Lana is too stuck in her ways. She should explore the world more, live life etc. Art books and vintage movies only can get you to the point where you can not provide improvement after a second or third album. She doesn't feel driven, she doesn't feel defeated either. She just hangs in there. And she needs to work with other producers and allow other people to tell her: No girl, this ain't iT. Try harder. Be better.
