  1. And insert the «Do I contradict myself...» quote.
  2. Maybe I could save you from your sins (MAC)I think we’ll see some of that as well in other songs from NFR
  3. I knew we would all jump to that conclusion when I saw that picture. Though it sure would explain a fucking lot if she was Prego.
  4. The unreleased collection, with a couple (1 or 2) new songs. Some reworked leaked ones and the few ones we havent been able to put our hands on. Surely an old one. That pic was from a bunch from Jack wishing Happy Mother's Day to a bunch of women he loves (no, I don't think it means she is pregnant).
  5. I think it's safe to assume so: she posted a snippet but most importantly, AllAccess was sent that info from Interscope. In this era, the most reliable infos come from others lol
  6. I think we got it wrong, when it comes to her management. I think she wants to be left alone because she is driven and doesn't take a no for an answer. and she gained enough success to have all the liberties she wants. I'm sure her management still check on her but I have a feeling she doesn't need much help: she is delivering when it comes to work. True, things are slower, but she didn't stop much for the last decade, so everyone seems to be cutting her some slack. I was seriously surprised when she announced the new record just a few months after her world tour.
  7. Sound old? With classic orchestrations, the songs will age perfectly, even though it's not what you're referring to. I'm sure she didn't tease a couple of very good tracks, so these will surely bring a new fresh second breath to NFR. I admit that at some point, I thought I wasn't as thrilled about NFR, but after a couple of weeks where I didn't listent to the snippets, I saw a post on Insta where they we were all there and they still sound incredible. I'm just done obsessing over the album. She can release it whenever she wants. When she does, I'm pretty sure we'll love it. But in the meantime, I suggest to take a break from it: frustration and impatience could really spoil our judgement when the record is officially out. I agree. Anyways, any good interviewer would ask her about the album, and that would steal the focus on the documentary, as someone mentioned here earlier.
  8. It’s a bit hard to make out the words to the song, but it has a similar vibe to « You Don’t Ever Have To »?
  9. I honestly don’t see why so many of you care about how she dresses. I get that her first videos were very polished and helped establish her aesthetics. I love when she looks like an Old Hollywood starlet, but I don’t mind the « natural » looks this time around or the tone-down looks. It fits the music. Anyways, hasn’t Chuck laughed when she learned Lana was a fashion icon? Like she never cared about her looks? I almost feel her polished image never was « really her », but she went along for the character of Lana Del Rey. Anyways, you know my point of view: if the music is good, I can look away on a lot from her lol.
  10. Me too. But the way I see it, we’ll have two sexy bop from her this year: Doin’ Time and later on, Cinnamon.
  11. https://youtu.be/MAoW1eSGBsQ All snippets are combined. The third is at the very end of the video. https://youtu.be/MAoW1eSGBsQAll snippets are combined. The third is at the very end of the video The part where she reprises « there’s things I wanna say to you »; the beat is different
  12. There are three 3 snippets of Cinnamon: she posted 2 and one was in her story (the bridge probably)
  13. I don’t remember XMen movies having a end-credit song
  14. I meant her biggest hit on the radio, not her best work
  15. True, but her career, with the GP, has been strange as well: her biggest hit is a remix, so why not push a good cover?
  16. Having heard the three snippets, I'm almost sure it's not on NFR. Sounds too much of a bop to be on it. From what we heard, this her most BTD track since BTD lol. Doesnt fit the NFR aesthetics.
  17. Heard the third (short) snippet. And it is fucking good.
  18. It’s true she said that in September, when the album wasn’t done yet. Whenever asked what the album sounds like while making it, she describes the last songs she worked on. I trust more her January interview description of the album (« it has no real bangers ») since it was finished. No matter when she releases it , I will be listening to it for sure. It’s been 84 years since MAC and VB.
  19. Didn’t she say the last songs of the album have that? I only expect 3 or 4, the rest will mostly be piano driven. That doesn’t seem too summer for me.
  20. I love when she goes «queer» or «lesbian» in her covers: it stays true to the original and it brings a little LGBTQ vibe (probably the only we'll ever get from her).
  21. Real question here: would her friends bother so many of you if she gave us news / info about NFR?
  22. I know some of you will throw stones at me for saying this, but I'd laugh so hard if the other song she put out before NFR was the MGK collab, still not on the album '(yes, I know it was meant for his album that got scrapped)
  23. I still see cohesiveness in LFL or, at least, a story being told. However, even if the more Lana in my life the merrier, I prefer the 13 « promised » tracks of NFR. 16 tracks made it difficult to listen to LFL from cover to cover: you had to have a LOT of time on your hands (or a very long assignment) to do so lol.
  24. « Hello, Reyettes (one magazine called us that and I loved the vintage feel to that name lol), this is a public announcement, reminding you that our beloved mother will still release NFR some time in 2019. True, it has been forever, true our beloved mother isn’t as present as she used to be, but she still loves us very much. However, Reyettes, in the meantime, if you feel a lasting feeling of abandonment and betrayal over this whole situation, please seek professional help to help you cope with her behaviour, which isn’t supposed to be in the likes of your actual mother. Have a good day, and keep on being courageous. You are warriors and fighters, Reyettes. » In her interview in January for a magazine (Vogue? Not 100% sure though of the mag)
