a lot of us wanted her to return with a patreon if it was a monetary reason that she was gone; she comes back and people complain. it's not like the videos will never be available to you. they will be on youtube, just don't pay for it if you don't want to on patreon. i won't be either, but for those who have excess money to spend on creators content that can't be monetized any other way, it's a way for them to pay some of their bills. editing videos takes time, making videos takes time. maybe not as much as a tv show but it still takes time. if that's not worth money to you, then simply don't pay now im going to wait to see her reaction to ocean blvd now we know she's back

Kintsugi is one of her best songs in a very long time. It's very very reminiscent of Leonard Cohen or someone of that songwriting stature Daddy, I miss them I'm in the mountains I'm probably running away from the feelings I get When I think all the things about them how this reflects on the line earlier where she says she doesn't think she runs when things get hard, but doesn't trust herself with her heart... ugh so fucking good.

she did a very small radio 1 interview tho yeah they aren't exactly bad songs but they're not anything near my favorites on this album either. i like them just fine, but don't want to go back to those to replay. they're there, they exist but meh.

Grandfather is the Beautiful of this album and Paris Texas is the Violets For Roses. They won't age extremely well I don't think while other songs on it will. I also don't think The Grants will either
