a snippet thread for 1 unreleased song has 90+ pages, and this forum basically threw a party when she changed her pfp on her now-defunct instagram page, we're naturally dramatic

we're gonna miss feeling closer to her, let people feel sad if they feel sad, looking back at old instagram posts was so bittersweet, we'll miss her selfies, her photoshoots, her random videos, announcements, etc. also i don't get the lorde comparisons, this isn't about lorde, this is lanaboards, not lordeboards

so how will she announce anything? will her management do it for her? will everything be a complete surprise? (besides anything from insiders)

this is a great example of "no matter what she does, somebody will always criticize her"

people should be allowed to "grieve" this, social media is a big part of how we connect & communicate with others, including our favorite artists & idols also it's very unexpected & it really feels like she's saying goodbye

lanaboards is the only section of her fandom i interact with... the large majority of them are so annoying

because of people like this, terms like "white supremacist" totally lose their weight & meaning... it's so irresponsible...

facebook? isn't that controlled by her team? if youtube goes i might cry... her youtube is especially iconic and all of her music & music videos are there...

somebody famous doesn't 100% fit the woke/progressive viewpoint and they absolutely tear her apart we live in a world where people don't think for themselves... however lana thinks for herself & questions today's society... they ripped her apart because of it people should be more understanding & compassionate, and looking back... i don't even understand why people thought qftc was that bad... we ALL know she was just expressing her desire to be authentic like everybody else, without being unfairly criticized

i find it really sad how a good chunk of people (outside of lanaboards) are probably going to think this is a good thing because of stuff like qUeStIoN fOr ThE cUlTuRe... she shouldn't feel like she needs to do this... it's so upsetting how toxic some people can be she deserves her voice & her freedom to be herself, if people can't handle it (or know how to read & comprehend) that's their issue

wtf why do i feel scared this is so sad, deactivating everything seems so drastic, it's not like she's just logging out & deleting the apps

i don't think it's fair to assume that she's acting like an angsty 12 year old over this, i think if anything, it's just really confusing, is she back? is she posting it as a farewell message? is she posting it as a message about a possible current situation? who really knows
