Oh please. That song is Lana on autopilot. It's more of a background noise than a song. Repetitive and boring.

Her songwriting on Chemtrails was quite subpar. It could've been so much better but they were rushing it for some reason. It has some great songs, but yeah. Hopefully this new album is alt-country. Her and Jack can't brag about experimenting and then make some formulaic, straightforward, pop country Nashville bullshit.

Some ''fans'' can't believe that someone who has started out as a folk singer/songwriter is now inching more and more towards that sound. Lana's more herself than she's ever been.

These type of ''fans'' are the reason why artists like Doja Cat go on a self-destructive rampage. They'll read stuff like barttttender's posts in this thread and want to off themselves.

That Top 10 is almost perfect - West Coast is a bit too high and I would switch Off To The Races and White Dress. The amount of classics she and Jack have produced together is crazy.

Her Tammy Wynette cover just popped up on my timeline and I was so confused for a minute, wondering what the hell am I watching. That fan was unnecessary rude to her the other day, but their main point rings true. Her new shows are absolutely ridiculous and not in a good way. But whatever makes her happy.

She was late again? Embarrassing. If you can't be a professional and show up on time and respect all the people who paid money to sttend these shows and if you need 20 people on stage with you to make you feel comfortable, then just don't do these shows. She doesn't need money.

You're always going to find at least 3 great songs on every Lana album, which not many artists can guarantee you, especially this far into their career. You may not like an album like Chemtrails, but you surely like the title track, White Dress and Tulsa Jesus Freak?!

Dan Auerbach or any other producer with ego wouldn't last more than 15 mins in a studio with Lana in 2023. That's the reality.

They also think rehiring Rick Nowels or some old producer will bring ''old Lana'' back, but it won't. Remember when Lana and Jack first got together and everyone thought it would sound like Melodrama? Or when she got with Mike Dean and they thought we would get electic guitars and synths? Time to wake up and smell the damn coffee! Lana is not some newbie anymore, she's fully in charge.

This is exciting. Recordings completed spontaneously/improvised in a single sitting are usually the best. She must be really inspired.

Those songs are boring and conventional country. Nobody wants that. We want Lana to get wild and experimental.
