Ngl I'm disappointed lol, not only it doesn't match the cover but also the song itself (and if Purge is on side b, from the snippet we have, it doesn't seem to match that neither), hot pink was really the best option :/

I don't hate it, it is my least favourite album of hers: mainly cause it doesn't even feel like a Marina album. What I always loved about her is the fact that each album, TFJ EH FROOT, was really ahead of its time and she has her own unique sound that nobody else has, I wouldn't even know how to describe it. Coming from such a strong discography, L+F was disappointing for me cause it felt like she did the bare minimum, which I actually don't even blame her for - everyone has that one mainstream album in their career and she was coming back from a 4 years hiatus so; but the thing is that the only songs that stood out for me were To Be Human and End Of The Earth, I can barely remember the others cause they are too similiar and have a sound that I've already heard million times, it really feels like someone else produced the album and she just sang on it. Don't get me wrong, I loved the era, I loved the concept so much and I even saw her live which made me just stan her more, I simply wish that she would've put more of her indistinguishable style/sound in it. That's my opinion though, I never dared to criticized Marina on social medias or say something negative about the album cause this is my own personal preference, if Marina's happy with it then it's ok ! If you like it then it's OK too!!

I think they just wanted to simply show that the clear version of cocc that the twitter user showed is in fact a new pressing of what we've already seen, it's not just lighting - there are 2 different pressings: one more heavyweight opaque and one more "ice" clear (which looks exactly like the cigs clear vinyl)

Listening to the instrumentals of Breaking Up Slowly and considering that's she's in her country phase I would LOVE if she went on experimenting maybe with western rock, especially something orchestral like Ennio Morricone here's the type of sound I would love to hear:
