We stopped the overdubs and wrote 'Dark Paradise.' As soon as one song ended another began. This was the third song we wrote together. The night of the day we wrote 'Summertime Sadness'."

It's coming back! Our team is working hard at going through every page of the Frankenstein thread to sort the posts back into their respective thread. So far, we have about 720 pages of the original COTCC Pre-Release Thread restored. We still have over 3500 pages to sort through, but it will come back! It's just going to take some time. I'm hoping it'll be able to come back before the Post-Release Thread comes, but I'll keep you all updated x

I wonder if they'll be some newer photos from this era as it seems the cover is a shot from her 2019 Q Magazine shoot and the Yosemite picture is from her 2018 visit there. I understand if not as I'm sure COVID has made photoshoots a bit difficult, and I'm always down for any sort of unseen pictures regardless. In any way, I'm glad for another magazine to add to my collection! I was just thinking last night actually if another magazine would come soon x

Our mods & I are currently in the process of separating the two threads back into their original homes. Until then, the discussion will continue in this thread. Quick update about this thread. I'm in contact with my hosting server, and it looks like there's a possibility to restore the most recent site backup from about 17 hours ago. Essentially, all data from the past 17 hours would be removed, and the site would just go back to how it was 17 hours ago - everything posted in-between then and now will be lost. At this point, that seems to be the quickest fix rather than going through 4420 pages/88,400 posts manually to separate the threads. If this is able to happen, the site will be down for about an hour while the restoration takes place. I'll keep you all updated, but at this point, this seems to be the quickest fix. & before anyone tries to tell me just to drop the manner and stop freaking out and to just leave it as is, please keep in mind that I've put a lot of work into this thread. I spend hours a day reading every single post in this thread, filtering out spam and off-topic posts out of here. Thinking about all those hours I've spent doing janitorial work here possibly going to waste just sickens me. I know it's just a website and this thread will be locked anyway in a week, but I really do love LanaBoards and everyone who posts here (including my mod who caused this little big blunder) and I take a bit of pride on the work I've dedicated to keeping this place nice and tidy. I also personally like to look back at previous pre-release threads from time to time to re-read all the excitement of the era, and I would just hate for this pre-release era to be tainted by an accidental merger with an 8-year old thread of just random shit - especially the random shit that I had already spent so long filtering out in the first place. Will keep you all updated, but I hope you all understand if I have to go through with resetting the site back 17 hours x

Based on my experience with it, if you typically wear clothing marked as women's sizing then yes. If you typically wear clothing marked as men's sizing, then no. Hi guys, so I'm sort of inconclusive on this, but I'm leaning towards saying it's a men's jacket. I ordered a small, and it fits very oversized on me. It definitely falls much below my hips, and it fits baggy rather than a tailored fit. Though, I'm typically a XS or a US0/UK2 and am rather short as well, so this may not be super telling as most things end up being quite large on me. The main reason I'm concluding it's a men's jacket though is because the snap buttons are on the right side. This is standard for men's jackets, and women's jackets tend to have snap buttons on the left side. I checked the Levi's site, and this checks out. All of their women's sherpa trucker jackets have the buttons on the left. This jacket on the site looks closet to the jacket I received - plus the price is the same (the jacket came with the original Levi's tag indicating the price was $98) Someone on IG DM'd me asking to do a measurement of the jacket for them, so here's the measurements I took for the Chemtrails jacket in Small (keep in mind though I had never measured clothes before this, so it may not be 100% accurate): pit-to-pit: 19.5in, shoulder-to-bottom: 24in I hope this helps a bit! x

They're just pulling your leg. Lana confirmed back in October that she & Nikki wrote the song together, and Nikki was willing to let Lana put it on Chemtrails. The song never involved Miley x

There's no certain "number" of points until it results to a ban. We usually choose to ban based on the offense rather than the number of points accumulated, or if we see a repeated problem. When a user is placed on Mod Queue, a moderator must manually approve their posts before they're available for public view until the queue ends. Hope this helps! x

Again, disappointed by the amount of WPs that had to be handed out, but can’t say I’m that surprised either.. I must say Jen does comment an awful lot about Lana not responding to her calls/texts lol so hey, impatient fans, at least now you know that we're not the only one that has to deal with Lana's silent treatments x
