  1. I thought that was a misinterpretation. It sounds like "passed" in the live version.
  2. "Passed" is correct, though?
  3. Go to her YouTube account, click on playlists, and see when the last one was updated. That's what the "last active" is referring to.
  4. I don't remember which video it was, but we went through this exact same thing last year in the months prior to West Coast. And when it was finally uploaded, the private video was still counted.
  5. We also said this, but then remembered the Tropico trailer or the Paradise trailer were set to private (I don't remember which one).
  6. This used to make all of us so excited pre-West Coast, but then we learned it says that any time playlists she is a part of are updated.
  7. When I think of Honeymoon, I envision a combination of these: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5Xl0Qry-hA And a dash of Jeff Buckley/portishead/Fiona Apple.
  8. From released songs: Brite Lites Dark Paradise (love the demo, though) Radio (that chorus, really?) Lolita Body Electric (lyrics, mainly) Yayo (love the AKA version, but the Paradise one is abysmal) Guns and Roses
  9. I actually update the OP with real news from Lana/producers, though... Also, I'm incredibly excited to hear Lana's version of Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood. It's such a powerful song and the lyrics apply so well to her.
  10. This is Lana and dates we're talking about. I'm afraid to get excited.
  11. Inb4 nothing comes of it after weeks of fan bickering about what's it's meant for. And when it finally sees the light of day, no one cares anymore.
  12. I doubt this means anything, but I'll post it anyway. They also favorited and responded to replies about Lana. https://twitter.com/LiveNation/status/593112467653332993
  13. i just hope her team gets their shit together and doesn't repeat the messy West Coast and UV releases.
  14. What do they talk about? My podcast app is acting up for some reason Edit: never mind...just the snippet. Then they argue about her "persona" and BTD being a PR stunt rather than album...so, they're basically recycling everything we know that turned out to be false rumors. I suggest they read this article: http://www.esquire.com/entertainment/music/a29046/lana-del-rey-feminist And then try to understand the sardonic tone of UV's lyrics. Or maybe read interviews with all of her past collaborators that have said she's very in control of her own sound and image. It's not fair to relegate LDR as a "persona" when she's exhibiting her own perspective and combining her own personal demons with an aesthetic that she loves.
  15. Damn it. I thought the song was out when this got bumped.
  16. Being a Lana fan in 2015 is like being a Mazzy Star fan post-Among My Swan
  17. And when it finally gets released, everyone will then be split into two sides and start fighting again: "omg this slays my bussy!! Best Lana song ~*evah*~ please be on honeymoon" vs. "this is the worst thing she's ever released...what kind of mediocre lyrics and redundant production. I'll just keep my coins this era"
  18. Because Auerbach's are much more dynamic in their structures and do not sound the same.
  19. This reminds me of when Blue Velvet was premiered via H&M before being placed as a track on Paradise.
  20. She doesn't have any Oscar chances since the song didn't feature anywhere in the film.
  21. Yeah, Dan has been creating scores for films for years, so this is a very likely scenario.
