  4. When I opened the link and read "Lana has announced..." my heart stopped beating Then I read it all
  5. Well, even though it's a 'new era', I suspect she'll sing about love, death, paradise and her usual themes, because that's who she is, and that's what hooked all of us... I'm not expecting really big changes actually, BTD will always be there cause it´s her essence
  6. They should've kept this seventies look for UV, I would have loved this shoot for the cover...
  7. I'm expecting high quality stylish videos, like Born to Die and Blue Jeans. No super 8/vintage/film things for me please
  8. My theory is that Lana herself divulges these rumours just to make our lives miserable haha
  9. Neh, she's Lana, she'll release it next year But talking serious, this is taking forever, I need a release date, a tracklist, for God's sake ANYTHING
  10. Well, I had a really interesting dream the other night: Lana didn't show up, but her management team did. I was in my house and they arrived to show me the tracklist for Ultraviolence. They didn't let me hear the songs, but confirmed that BB was on the album. I was like the happiest person alive haha
  11. I hadn't noticed myself either, I was reading a critic and the ufos were mentioned there, so I rewatched and I saw them in the end scene, when they're ascending, in the background... So that magical moment was kinda ruined for me, I was like WTF? haha

    Song vs. Song

    Cola vs. Gangsta Boy
  13. How could I forget "We get DOWN, every friday NIGHT, dancin' and grindin' in the pale moonlight, Grand Ole OPRY..." The way she pronounces those lines is hypnotizing. Also when she hits those high notes in Cola I'm like
  14. For me it's the final chorus of Million Dollar Man: it's so powerful I don't even know how to describe it. The orchestra combined with that boiling tea kettle sound (I don't know how to put it haha) takes me really away, I can't help thinking of bursting flowers and fireworks. This is, in my opinion, one of Lana's most underrated and brilliant songs...
  15. It was visually stunning, though I didn't love it. I was expecting more acting and we only got like only one acted line from Lana (? And forgive me, but her male co-star was very distracting, I couldn't take his character seriously, sorry. The aliens in the end also ruined it for me I guess, even though I loved Body Electric/Paradise. I also couldn't appreciate many of the details because I was struggling with the aspect ratio. I know she wanted an artsy cinematic look but that was too much and ended up being annoying.

    Body Electric

    Oh, interesting.

Who or what does she mean by "Monaco"? Grace Kelly?
