Her Pitchfork scores really aren't that bad, all things considered. Especially when you consider how biased critics were against her in the earlier years of her career. I think they lowballed Chemtrails a bit, though.

Singles aren't that relevant at all for Lana - over time she typically has random album tracks out-streaming her single choices. It really doesn't matter at all for her.

I'm Team The Grants. Was unsure of it being a single/pre-release initially, but the idea has grown on me. It's such a beautiful song, I'm glad it's getting more exposure.

I loved the little snippet we got of Kintsugi, personally. I think she's going to be the hidden gem of the album~

That's beautiful. I genuinely wish I had that strength when it comes to Lana's music. I do not.

I’m wondering if the interlude following Candy Necklace is sort of a continuation of the song itself.

If it leaks after tomorrow, I'll be happy. Single digit days before release is about as good as Lana can do. I was really upset when we all thought it was going to leak around a month in advance.

My company layoffs are tomorrow, but we get The Grants + maybe the big surprise(?). Painfully bittersweet, but at least I have Lana to help get me power through it. Now can we just get the next day or two over with? I am desperateeeeee!

I’m hoping she’s releasing some deluxe tracks from the Ocean Blvd sessions. She could just make an easy, separate digital deluxe album out of them on the 24th and boost her streams that way if she wants to go harder for the #1. Albums are limited to 80 minutes and Ocean Blvd is 78, so maybe she wants to give us her ~complete vision~ or something. I’m always excited by the prospect of “New music”…

I'm just a f*g who loves shock value tbh

On a personal note, I'm like 99.99998% likely to be laid off from my job that I love next week, so I'm kind of in the pits emotionally. This new album from our queen and all of the surprises to come are the only thing really keeping my head up right now. So I'm just... really grateful for Lana, and thankful for the music + excitement, because it's really saving me from spiraling into a deep funk rn.

I'm excited for Jon Batiste interlude but not Judah ... Someone said parts of A&W were recorded by Lana in her car ...? Is this true?

Yeah, that's why I was bummed when songs started leaking bc we'd all be so excited right now if leakers hadn't spoiled it AND some didn't choose to burn themselves out on it. I mean, just stop listening to the song until Tuesday? lol. Regardless, it's still a gorgeous opener to the album, and I have a feeling casual listeners will really enjoy it.
