  1. At first I didn't really hear the similarities between 'How to disappear' and 'Wild at Heart', but now I definitely hear them. However, I think it's a moot discussion, I couldn't care less about how the former sounds like the latter, because 'Wild at Heart' is the superior song and it obliterates the demo-like b-side track that ended up on NFR. It clearly is the superior song out of the two.
  2. Some of y'all are having Covid side effects huh? Your tastebuds still aren't working properly I see.
  3. As far as I'm concerned the pop up ads are really annoying, but I have absolutely no problem with banner typa ads! Also, I would totally be fine with paying 1-5$ per month to support LanaBoards if that meant I could browse pop up ads free.
  4. Tbh I wouldn't oppose paying a few bucks a month if it meant that I could browse LB ad free, sort of like Onl*F*ns for Lana stans.
  5. I thought the crappy third installment of the Twilight saga had flew off the board?
  6. Waking up from my long winter's nap just so I can chime in on this... I'm always pumping my fist for everyone that wants to make the most of what they got, some of my fellow LB bestie can attest to that. While I definitely understand that there are potential/needed financial gains and benefits behind that decision, I'm also all for efficiency and a smooth browsing experience. Alas, I feel like implementing pop up ads forever would kind of make the whole experience of browsing the website a little bumpy. Which in turn is going to be extra annoying when there is the slight tid bit of activity.
  7. That's fair honestly. But I'm genuinely curious if she were ever really friends with the people mentioned here? Or if they were just people she happened to know because of the industry and they never really hung out more than a handful of times? Anyway. I'm happy she deleted that story too, she does not the need to feed the ego of people like Iman.
  8. Or maybe, just maybe, none of them care about this non-issue and actually can see through her actual intentions and character, unlike half of LanaBoreds.com If they really thought she was as dumb, or toxic, as some people make her out to be, I don't think all of them would still put up with her? Maybe some of them would keep up with her for clout (we know which one), but I'm pretty sure if sure if she was as ignorant or unwilling to get "eDucAtEd" they would just dumb her ass on the curbside. I know I would.
  9. Regardless of who it was aiming at, she was getting back at criticism in some capacity anyway. Besides, I don't think Iman is to complain here (I'm obviously not condoning the alleged death threats and the blatantly racist remarks thrown at her). She seems to love the attention she's getting at the moment, just like she enjoyed it the first time she wrote the same type of inflamatory and gaslighting BS about Lana. That's judging by her Twitter activity.
  10. I have to disagree, because Lana has always responded to the hate in some capacity. Just take a look at the tweets and YouTube comments she used to leave here and there under posts or after getting some criticism.
  11. Y'all are projecting way too much on Lana lmao. The accusation of Lana tokenizing her "non white friends" can easily be dismissed by saying that you are actually the one(s) tokenizing their presence in her life. It's absolutely ridiculous. It's also actually kinda worrisome to me that as soon as you see someone "non-white" around her it makes you think that the relationship here is phony? It says more about you and your vision of the world than it does about Lana's tbh. Anyway, can these little perfomative activists/virtue signalers and others just stop writing these inflamatory and ridiculous articles about her like? This doesn't do anything other than gaslighting Lana and some of her fans. They are seriously overestimating the influence they have here. Still can't believe this bitch accused Lana of overlooking the gentrification of New York in 'Brooklyn Baby' or that she culturally appropriated French braids... sis come on. Her reaction to Lana calling her out speaks volume to me, she loves the attention.
  12. Pretty sure Lana saw memes making fun of her (terrible) cover, or she was at least trying to get ahead of the criticism because she expected her cover to be a talking point (and a negative one). I don't think she's trying to make this about herself as much as she's trying to distance herself from that issue and make it clear that this is not her narrative.
  13. For real though, Iman needs a hobby, these woke open letters about Lana are not it.
  14. Is this the same article, or a new article from the same bitch that wrote the open letter about how Lana failed to highlight the gentrification of New York boroughs in 'Brooklyn Baby'?
  15. So uh, no tea no shade, but Jack basically confirmed that 'Chemtrails' is mainly 'NFR' scraps, right?
  16. Almost felt like reading some personal hyperanalysis/projections of Lana and her so called character straight out of some LB threads.
  17. It's based in the US, but they ship internationally. If you're willing to pay an arm and a leg, of course.
  18. The way this fucking website charges almost 25$ for shipping to Canada... that's literally almost as much as the t-shirt I wanted to get. Fuck that.
  19. Not shaming his looks, Mr. Petridis just looks bitter AF. He radiates bitterness.
