To me her instagram comment about him was more than enough, name dropping him... I feel like Kanye is an easy target these days and it's really easy to paint him as crazy and delusional. She could've easily replace that lyric.

Way too much. Solid effort by Lana overall, but not her best effort.

I’d say lyrics are patchy...not all terrible but immediately think ‘yikes wtf was that’ on several songs.

if I'm being honest, since L*st For Life I've found more and more lyrics from Lana to be kinda cringey and not sound too melodic... oops

I mean I'm really digging the sound she went for don't get me wrong, but as much as I really enjoy songs like The Greatest, HIAB, NFR even Venice Bitch, it's not much the fact that they are stripped down, but the fact that they sound kind dry/flat regardless of the beautiful instrumentals? 

I honestly hope that none of these snippets are foreshadowing her most subdued album to date... that production is flaaaat.

Come on guys, ofc I'm excited for this album, and there are songs I'm really looking forward to hear in full... but I can't help thinking that Jack's production makes none of these songs really stand out.
