I’m fine with Lana just taking her time to do her thing and feed the chickens and make birthday cakes for a while. Blue Banisters was such a beautiful gift. I think for everyone taking a step back is pivotal and looking at where we are it is so important so I hope that within this pause Lana finds her next step for whatever she wants to do. Would be down for some more Honeymoon chats for sure tho- here and there. That was so nice of her. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

I'll just say it. Blue Banisters is my favorite Lana album. It feels like the curation of a poetry collection that we've never seen before and echoes her entire career, maybe even sacrifices the older versions of herself to some extent. Long gone are the visions of grandeur, Los Angeles illusions, the obsession, and what we have is a stripped Lana that's not only her most authentic but confessional. Her focus here is simple but chaotic, poetic but nonlinear. It's what you see is what you get.The songs she wrote throughout that never saw the daylight (Nectar of the Gods, Living Legend) are here and I truly believe she always wanted to release music like this. Perhaps, she knew that she would one day. So, on that note, Blue Banisters is the beginning of something really new and, as a fan who saw her in January 2013 at an intimate Soho House NY performance for the first and throughout her career (18 times), I feel extremely moved and proud of her for the steps she's taking in her music. She is a woman with grace and strength. I'm proud to say I'm a fan til this day.

Manifesting album for my birthday. February 8 2022 I can honestly say if there's a long tracklist I can wait that long.

I'm so upset Lana cancelled Bonnaroo. She didn't even release a statement. Like- anyone else in the same boat? I'm looking to get a full refund. I spent so much money on my ticket. It was the ONE thing I was looking forward to this summer and now I just don't know. Even with a delayed album, the show would've made up for that. I just think it's super annoying. I feel so screwed over as a fan.

Babes, I don't think the cinematic strings will be happening for a long, long time. I also think these three songs are really opening a new portal for Lana's career. She's going to slay us so hard with the album. Just wait.
