    Sia

Sia is a recycle of Sia.
  2. Has anyone thought about the option that Art Deco may not talk about a specific but the song is about Lana herself?
  3. Freak 1. Blue 2. Flames 3. Rising Up 4. Halo 5. Come To California 6. Leather Black 7. Cold as Ice 8. I Don't Wanna Fight 9. Anonymity 10. Slow Dance 11. Freak EDIT: looks like a Beyoncé Tracklist
  4. Girl, you should direct one of Lana's music videos.
  5. Every song of Honeymoon deserves a Music Video but the one I want the most is: Freak, Art Deco and Burnt Norton music video all combined to one. then she'll release a music video for Religion/Salvatore/The Blackest Day and finish the era.
  6. A good song, too repetitive. It could be a great 2 minutes song like Blue Velvet.
  7. Best: The Blackest Day Salvatore Off To The Races West Coast Brooklyn Baby (Honorable mentions: Gods and Monsters, High By The Beach, Sad Girl, Freak, Art Deco and Religion) Worst: Florida Kilos Summertime Sadness Ultraviolence Body Electric Fucked My Way Up To The Top

  9. How could you guys disqualify HBTB (aka original song) over a cover? I don't have anything against DLMBM (I even love it) but it's unfair to keep it over an original song..
  10. Nah... I don't want to call her a liar. I just want to mention the fact that maybe we have new tracks that are about to come. (Like a deluxe version). I just put that option cause it is an option but it doesn't clearly means that I think that. I don't want to create any drama.
  11. The problem is the she had bangs in that selfie - means it was after the Endless Summer Tour...
  12. "MASTERED BY ADAM AYAN AT GATEWAY MASTERING, PORTLAND, MAINE." - Don't think Lana was a part of mastering..
  13. What's The Truth, Lana? This is a long speculation, but I'm gonna make it short. In August 10th, 2015, Honeymoon's lead single was released: "High By The Beach". Lana permiered it in Beats1 radio station and she made an interview. Lana told the interviewer that the last track she worked on Honeymoon was "High By The Beach". High By The Beach's music video was released few days after the permiere. Now let's change the subject for a while. Lana started to use the Honeymoon instagram account in June. She introduced Rick and Kieron as the producers of the album. Later on, she posted a selfie that we all know. The "Tired in studio" selfie. She also posted pictures of Rick and Kieron working with her in the studio, means she was in the studio in June. So we can indicate about that, that she finished recording Honeymoon by the end of June/start of July. (She had the bangs- means it was after the Endless Summer Tour). Now let's go back to HBTB: If HBTB is indeed the last track she worked on, how come the music video was shot before the recordings were done? She finished to record the album by the end of June, and we know (by her hair) that she shot the music video in April-May. Also we have Anne Cofone selfie to prove that. Means she maybe worked on some other tracks after she was done with High By The Beach. That may have few answers: 1. She lied about High By The Beach being the last track she worked on. 2. She worked on some other tracks for a follow up EP or LP. 3. She worked on a Deluxe edition of Honeymoon that will come in the near future. Lana, what is the truth?
  14. We all know that if Honeymoon came out last year (instead of UV) it could sell more than UV. Born To Die def boosted the sales. I love UV but I really think that Honeymoon is much better.. Ultraviolence sounds like 1 long song, while Honeymoon is full of variety. If Ultraviolence was a pop album it could flop, the magic of that album was the guitars, the melancholic sound of the album. I do love UV and it do have few masterpieces, but Honeymoon still tops it.
  15. I love it so much. So happy for a new photoshoot. Waiting for it
  16. I don't know if this subject was discussed before. But remember when Lana posted the "BBHMM" still on her Instagram account? (The Honeymoon account). She posted that still a week after the "Tired in studio selfie". And she recently told the interviewer that the last track she worked on is HBTB (a.k.a the muddy trap energy track). So my speculation is that Honeymoon wasn't supposed to include those 3 muddy trap energy tracks a.k.a: High By The Beach Freak Art Deco Lana got the inspiration from Rihanna's BBHMM song and decided to include some songs on her record like that one. So I think that it's pretty safe to say that these 3 tracks are the last tracks she worked on her record. That's only my speculation, not a fact. Feel free to discuss.
  17. 1. Burnt Norton 2. Honeymoon 3. Music To Watch Boys To 4. West Coast 5. Ultraviolence 6. Brooklyn Baby 7. Terrence Loves You 8. Freak 9. Art Deco 10. Random Cover 11. Salvatore 12. Swan Song 13. God Knows I Tried
  18. If he liked to work with her, why didn't he put her on his album??
  19. UV is literally filled with almost love songs.
  20. Kinga Burza has dreamed up this picturesque video for Lana Del Rey's Music To Watch Boys To, with visuals that fit with the pop star's leisurely, dream-like aesthetic. The video exudes an unhurried sensuality, with shots of beautiful underwater lovers, slowmo b-ball and Lana lounging like an old movie star in a bygone world of classic cinema. As the Burza describes below, the video was a true collaboration between artist and director, as Lana came to the project with visuals in mind, leaving Burza to "fill in the blanks," and put her own spin on Del Rey's initial vision. FROM THE DIRECTOR KINGA BURZA: "Earlier this year I gave birth to my first baby and a few short months later, between burp cloths and milk-stained sheets of Mummy bliss, I received an unexpected invitation to break my so-called 'maternity leave' (which. let's face it, no one really takes seriously when you're freelance!). It was a request from Semera Khan to chat to Lana Del Rey to work on her upcoming video - an offer I really couldn't refuse. "This was obviously a long term career fantasy of mine - ever since I saw her self-released video of Video Games, and that tiny gig I saw her play at Nouveau Casino in Paris back in October in 2011. Of course I was not the only one! She was on every director's dream list, and the videos she has since put out were always ones I admired wholeheartedly." "Lana was also very involved right until the last moment with an eye that offers a lot of attention to detail, which I must say, was very admirable." "So fast forward to a few years later, and with a baby on my breast I jump on a call. Lana is lovely, and I get excited that we share admiration for a lot of references. In one way she's open and mysterious but in another way she is very clear about she's envisioning. "This is new to me. I'm so used to working with artists who often have no idea of what they want and need someone to fully take control of the reigns. But here I am, in a position which suddenly requires me to collaborate with an already existing series of particular images Lana had envisioned on certain lyrics and for certain set-ups of the track, but asked to fill in the blanks, put my spin on it plus make it make sense of it all - and fast! The label needed a treatment overnight because the video needed to be shot before Lana went on tour - meaning in like 10 days. "Next, Partizan actually put me, my baby and my husband (who luckily happened to be on holiday during my pre-pro) on a plane before sign-off, the timing was just too tight. Not even five working days later we shoot the video - I have great memories of spending my adrenaline-high weekend rummaging through craft supply stores for flowers for Lana's headphones and vintage flea markets for her costumes with her wardrobe stylist Johnny Blue Eyes. "The shoot is a blur - with so much to do, so little time. But it's an enjoyable day nonetheless, thanks to Lana's British glam team who are a delight to work with, Rob Witt who lensed our cast beautifully and Alex Delgado who created the dreamiest set just as I had imagined it. "Post-production was really relaxed- unlike the insane pre-pro, we had a lot of time to fiddle and try things out. So Julia Knight my editor, and the post house District Digital the may never want to work with me again! "Lana was also very involved right until the last moment with an eye that offers a lot of attention to detail, which I must say, was very admirable. For someone who I imagine must be so busy with the everyday duties of being who she is, Lana has a lot of time for all aspects involving her artistry and the image she puts out."
  21. It's pretty obvious to see if it was colored.. the pic of her sitting on the chair with the headphones is clearly in color. Chuck shot the promo pictures with a different camera than of the one who shot the MV. (Same with HBTB). The camera that shot the MV maybe filmed with B&W, but we can't know.
