There's no way that snippet is a BB song unless it was a song that was reused, which I don't think it is. One of my only talents is being able to tell what year/era Lana songs were recorded during based on her voice (I can do the same with pictures), and that snippet has to be LFL era, maybe on the tail-end of HM

The amount of people who say "Lana needs to start doing coke again" and see no issue with that is honestly so concerning. I don't care if you're talking about a celebrity or not, you shouldn't say something like that about anyone. Why would you want someone (someone who is a recovering addict at that) to do drugs because you're stuck in the past and wish they were still 25?

I have no idea what's going on in Lana's personal life and don't feel it's my place to speculate on it, so regardless, I hope she's doing alright. And if not, I hope she can take steps to help herself get to where she wants to be I also hope this social media break treats her well and that she comes back when she's ready

Heroin is my favorite song of all time and LFL is a top three Lana album for me. Plus BB isn't officially out yet so I can't compare the two fully. However, I do have a feeling that BB is gonna outdo LFL

It's not unusual for an artist to rework songs they previously didn't use (and it's not Lana's fault that hers leaked). Most artists do that. And except for 1 or 2, said songs have been reworked entirely for this album. Just stop being so bitter over the fact that Lana isn't working with Jack on this album (also cannot believe I just had to read the words "lust for life" and "lazy" in the same sentence with my own two eyes)

My thought was that the fan edit was gonna be what she used for promo like how she used that one selfie for Chemtrails promo right after the album came out

My only complaint about For Free is that Lana didn't get the last word on it. I love Weyes' verse, it's honestly my favorite part of the song (i get it stuck in my head constantly), but I really wish that Lana would've gotten to close the album with her voice.
