  1. By far my favorite music video of this era. It celebrates the simplicities of life in a way that's still enjoyable to watch, and I love how the video coincides with the lyrics of the song, so it's almost as if you're watching a visual story. I know we all want some big budget videos for this era, trust me I do too, but I think that this was the best option for this song. It fits perfectly. Side note: I think this might be the quickest we've ever gotten something after a first snippet of it being posted
  2. Here's what I think for each album: Sirens (yes, I'm starting way back): Bad Disease, Try Tonight, Peace/All You Need AKA: For K, Pt. 2, Raise Me Up, Yayo Born To Die: Off To The Races, Million Dollar Man, Lolita Paradise: Cola, Body Electric, Gods & Monsters Ultraviolence: Ultraviolence, Brooklyn Baby, Sad Girl Ultraviolence Alt: Flipside, Guns & Roses Honeymoon: Honeymoon, Music To Watch Boys To, Art Deco Honeymoon Alt: Terrance Loves You, God Knows I Tried, Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood Lust for Life: Love, God Bless America, Get Free NFR: NFR, Mariners Apartment Complex, California NFR Alt: Bartender, Happiness is a Butterfly Chemtrails: Let Me Love You Like a Woman, Not All Who Wander Are Lost, Dance Til We Die Chemtrails Alt: White Dress, Chemtrails, Yosemite Blue Banisters: Blue Banisters (the rest is in a spoiler tag)
  3. I can't wait to listen to Blue Banisters when it starts snowing where I'm at (which is probably going to be before the end of the month ) It's the perfect autumn album for sure, but I'm looking forward to experiencing it with fresh snow in the trees and an overcast sky. I feel like that'll be gorgeous
  4. It would make the most sense for Lana to perform Blue Banisters on Colbert. With her going on the show on the album release date + the fact that the video will probably (hopefully) come around that time, it's the most logical choice in my opinion.
  5. Lana talking about Sweet Carolina on Rob's Instagram makes me love it a lot more It's just nice that they all got to do it together and have fun. Also, so excited for the Blue Banisters video. I kind of love how many of her album cover pictures were taken on sets of music videos (even if that set is her house lol)
  6. Blue Banisters getting a video as it should And it literally matches the song and album cover, she's a genius. However, if I don't see Jenny and Nikki Lane nosediving into a pool, I will be disappointed
  7. The way she's actually being vintage by making modern references because "vintage" kids will listen to it 50 years down the line and see them as old references I understand her vision and I love it
  8. Lana posted a lot of feet pics and foot related content when she was with Clay, so we all just kind of assumed that that was why Unless we do have a confirmation on it that I just didn't see lol
  9. Question: if there would've been a cover on this album, what song do you think it would've been? I think she would've finally covered Diamonds & Rust by Joan Baez
  10. Wait I wanna do a ranking too: 1. Honeymoon 2. NFR 3. Blue Banisters 4. Lust For Life 5. Ultraviolence 6. AKA 7. Chemtrails 8. Born To Die 9. Paradise 10. Sirens I don't think anything about my ranking is too unpopular, although I really don't have as much of a connection to BTD as most fans do (honestly AKA and Chemtrails go back and forth depending on the day for me)
  11. Super Movie

    Song vs. Song

    Honeymoon vs Bel Air
  12. Exactly! She was literally on Facebook in 2009 saying that Katy Perry was going to hell, she's always been like this
  13. Me coming into this thread
  14. Super Movie

    Song vs. Song

Thunder (Demo) ottr stans don't kill me vs. Wild One
  15. It would be crazy if she did an interview. I don't think she's done one on TV since early 2012 or late 2011
  16. There's a lot of connections lyrically within songs on the album that I've noticed. Here's a little "masterlist" I've complied of some of the ones I picked up on. I feel like these really point to the themes of the album.
  17. It could be pre-recorded since we saw that video someone on her team posted of a performance being recorded a few weeks back, but Byron (Lana's pianist) is in New York right now, so it might end up being live or just pre-recorded there instead
  18. And then after Methamphetamines she goes into Old Money, and then WW to signify the timeline of her relationship with men as well as her mother But then she ends her set with Queen Of The Gas Station just for fun
