It seems very stiff. Some songs are great, like West Coast, but others sound forced

Is Hiding a single? I heard it in multiple shops today

I think the Teen look fit the music better ... maybe not the super long hair, but at least the shoulder length ones this style also looked great

I think it's a little bit strange how she seems to switch her visual image from THE tumblr girl with a teeny-esque look and long blue hair to a more "classy, serious and mature" one ...

I think a majestic video would have been wrong for this video, I think the "open field" and "nature" stuff is very fitting. The beginning scene, with the people fighting and the girl watching is also fine, but everything atfer this is underwhelming. It starts when the chorus kicks in and ... nothing happens. It takes a way a lot of power from the song. Oh and Florence's "expressional" dance moves and overdramatic poses start to get on my nerfes ... The Long & Lost section is ok though.

It fits Sad Girl and Shades Of Cool, and by this it also fits the story which involves Cruel World and Pretty When You Cry.

Still I doubt her life is not all around men, all the time. Especially not about bad boys, neither Barrie nor Francesco really fit the image.

Having feelings about an album when the ONLY thing we have is one song .. no promo art. no further tracks, no music video, no snippets ...

I was really looking foreward to the Queen Of Peace music video, but it turns out to be another overdramatic, corny "Odyssee"-thing. What bugs me most is that the scenes aren#'t fitting the music. Like, when the chorus begins, nothing changes or happens, the story just goes on without "reacting" to the song. And in the end, it's just Florence making dramatic movements and the topic of strange relationships with a lot of touching and hugging and not-as-deep-as-it's-supposed-to-be expression dancing. Disappointed, the song deserved better.

Sounds like a ripped version of the Firewall to me ^^

Don't get your hopes up too much for Fine China and Yes To Heaven .. even though the "You won't stop - change it up" snippet could be a lyric from Yes To Heaven or something. At least it would fit the sound I'd imagine for a song with a name like this.

I bet the book is going to be full of pretentious, boring, tumblr-talk and the pics don't really look interesting. They are from the same boring photoshoot that was used in his article. I also don#t get why he wants to release it next year.

Somehow, this makes me feel less sorry for what happened to her like, if it means otherwise we would still get this bland guitarsongs which all sound the same ...

I don't care too much about her. I think her music is nice but yeah, it's definitly been here before. So what? New Americana is similar at the chorus but ... come on. And the Sky video .. I think calling it a rip off is weird, as the few parts that are similar aren't really that bad. I don't get why many of you are so aggressive about her .. "She's not allowed to shove the meaning of her songs down her fans throats" .. "she's not allowed to be mad at people leaking stuff she privately showed to them" ... "she acts so RUUUUDE" ... Like, so many people here are around and about finding ONE TRUE meaning of Lana lyrics, they are fans of lana being sassy on social media and sometimes super rude themselfes, because they thhink it makes them interesting for some odd reason .. Have your opinion, like her or don't like her but don't be a hypocrate.

I really want to see some official promo shoots ;( Like, ok if we have to wait for music but ... come on. I'd love to have her sporting the look from the Honeymoon snippets (without the feet :3). Not here for the fringe ...

First of all, I really laughed har about the face thing xD And yeah, I also think so. "Promo" doesn't mean you have to sell out, having well selling singles and performing on TV/Radio is something which doesn't make you lose any artistic quality.

I think the lyrics, even though they are more like something a Teen would sing, are definitly on par with all the "I'm a sad girl in love with bad boys" stuff everyone loves so much. It's just another style, like Jealous Girl, Gogo Dancer or She's Not Me, but it's not really worse.

THe song didn't seem too interesting, even though I'd love to hear it. But I'm not suprised Barrie won't release it, it's the only option to keep the Lana fans interested in his stuff.

I don't think this will be a lead single. More like a promo song.
